Definitivamente voy a comenzar a usar esto mientras duermo y mientras me peino. Soy intermedio, pero soy una profesora que tiene muchos estudiantes nativos de habla hispana. Estoy bien con lo que sé, pero necesito poder comunicarme con ellos sin tener que hacer una pausa y buscar palabras de las que no estoy seguro.

I was trying to sleep.. and then heard ”we were roommates” and I woke up laughing, I couldn’t help but think of that vine “and they were roommates..!” 😂
Me learning Spanish because I took 3 years of it in high school and forgot but since my girlfriend of 2 years is Mexican and her parents only speak Spanish
finding this very useful. Thank you! Ive been learning for 3 years and many of these phrases I've not learnt yet and have been stringing together with what I know in bad Spanish 🙈.
I truly appreciate this programme. I do notice that all sentences are not written. However, the lessons are specifically designed for learning whilst asleep. After all, with total immersion (the way we learned to speak our native language) there is nothing written per se. Someone below posted the bright screen as being problematic. Yet, all one needs to do is simply cover the screen with a dark cloth. Thanks ever so much again. Cheers, Alaskana
Great video, been listening to this while I drift off. Helpful phrases. Only downside is the white screen, it lights up the room so have to turn off eventually instead of leaving on and listening.

Hello! I am Mexican and listening to the video I could see that the settlement is very much from the country of Spain and not from Mexico. I wanted them to know, luck and success!
@@TimXMan1000 It is good to know Spanish, but it depends on each one, what type of accent they want to have and in this video the accent is not neutral, it has a tonality as the Spanish speak, I leave it to your discretion.
@@cesarnicolasora4669 I really would like to follow your spam shit, but unfortunately my spanish is way too bad for understanding So I dont know what u randomly want to sell
My biggest problem is how much vocabulary I've forgotten over the years and then the phrases for words I've forgotten happen to be the ones without subtitles ☠️
Thanks Edelweiss! Glad it was helpful! You might want to check this new series for Spanish language part 1 of 4: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-l10TcqEGXZw.html
I've noticed some sentences are not properly translated but the meaning are mostly pretty much the same. 1:14 In my opinion I would say: (more Informal) ¿Te puedo invitar a algo de beber? Can I invite you for a drink? Or (more formal) ¿Puedo invitarle un trago? May I buy you a drink? Hanging out with friends from Latino América for almost 2years boosted my Spanish. I thanks them all 😊
Thank you so much for your program. I set this as my background music when I am awake! I was wondering if you can put all Spanish sentence on the screen. I notice that most common sentences are missing which you may think everyone should have known by now. But we don't. for me Spanish in print is very import. El español por escrito es más importante. Mucho gracias!
@@LingoJumpChannel thanks for sharing the link but it is too slow especially breaking up the sentences. I still prefer this version and hoping have written Spanish for all.Mucho Gracias.
Is the background " music" those binaural beats that make you go to sleep? Because I fell asleep almost immediately and had some really funky dreams. And I had slept the night before. I was listening to this in the morning. This is better than melatonin and Benadryl for sleep.
I have no idea if learning Spanish in your sleep works or not but I’m definitely gonna try it because I really want to learn and it doesn’t hurt to try 🤷🏾♂️ but I would like to think it’s reinforcing what my brain already knows
jestes7 I sleep like a baby so I can go to sleep easily to this. I’ve done this for about a week. When I hear these phrases in person my mind is like 🤯 you know what that means
Do you have the advanced version with phrases that you’d use every day??? Like, “I wish I could come, but some important came and I have to cancel.” Longer and more complicated sentences
You have to understand the words and how verbs, adjectives, past, present etc. works to understand a language. You can memorize phrases but that’s not going to help you understand others that much, and you’re not going to have a clear understanding of how to use certain words. Spanish verb endings are different depending on who you are speaking to and many words have rules to them. Pls don’t waste your time on this vid, just find a language learning site or actual Spanish teachers on RU-vid. It takes a lot of time to become fluent or even intermediate, but it’s so worth it
While I think you can learn faster if you supplement with more formal, grammatical lessons, exposure is a perfectly valid way to learn. Like, it’s literally how all children learn their first language. With enough exposure, your brain will begin to put the rules together intuitively. I feel like the slowest approach to language learning is going all-in on either exposure or formal lessons. I’m not an educational scientist, but I really feel like the best approach is a mix of the two. That said, exposure is a lot more valuable if you’re actually trying to communicate with a real person, because that greatly increases your brain’s motivation to make sense of things. Also, this might be valuable while falling asleep, but it’s almost certainly worthless once you actually are.
I agree that it takes time to perfect a language in order to communicate with others. However, think back to when you learned your original native language. Like the average person, you learned from parents and/or other household members between ages one and three, right? Initially you didn't know verbs, verbal conjugation, nouns, noun declension, adverbs, adjectives, or any parts of speech, for that matter. We all learned to converse, then subsequently learned refinement when attending school. Ergo most likely, though influenced by accents and a few mispronunciations, we communicated with others without the benefit of schooling. In other words, parts of speech are learned AFTER we already know how to speak. The same applies for learning a foreign language. We learn by total immersion. For example, I took French throughout Junior high and high school, was an A/B student, and find it difficult to converse in French. However, listening to German every night has enabled me to converse with German citizens. I had surgery in January, and woke up speaking German in the recovery room. We all learn to speak before ever reading or putting pen to paper. That is the natural order of things, and frankly the easiest way to learn. Makes sense?
Can anyone tell me which version of Spanish this is? Meaning, Spain Spanish is VERY different from what is spoken by people from P.R. or Latin America as far as idiomatic expressions and even some grammar. Been trying to focus on those two since I live in the US with all of my Hispanic family being from PR and Chile.
I'm not a full Spanish speaker yet, so I'm not 100% sure, but I do know that Mexican and Spaniard Spanish tend to be the most commonly taught as default in mainstream language programs. Spaniard Spanish is a bit more formal and some might argue more artsy, and there's a soft lisp with speakers, especially native speakers. I suspect just by ear that this may be the case here
This is castellano, the "Spanish spanish". You could here the difference called "ceceo", in here that isn't pronunciated as "seseo" but more like "thetheo". Pay attention to the difference between syllabys "ce/ci" and the letter "z". Also there's lot of words in castellano thst isn't used in latin america (or they have a different meaning for those words 😆). IMO if you master this dialect you'll never have any problems with any other dialects as this must be the hardest (outside Spanish, as the are many other even harder dialects...) 😅 Buena suerte con tus estudios!
Espanol spoken in Spain is called Castilian, which this is not. In fact, the term "Spanish" is an adaptation, and is a misnomer. What we are learning here is spoken in South America and throughout United States.
It's not for your hearing. It's aiming to programm your brain and help you learn by shifting your paradigm cause one of the best way of learning a language is programming the brain through the repetition. How a little baby learn the words he heard for the first time ? He learned it through the repetition, he've been told the same things again and again. And it penetrated his subconcious mind (where all the ideas passed there is accepted as true without being looked it's credibility ) We learn the language like this. And it's the night time when your subconcious mind most open to accept the things. It works even when you sleep ! Here, Because of that it's something for the night time. Also you can find this kinda videos abut being rich. They be like "be rich while you sleep " just like this also their aim is to make your paradigm shift and change the way you see yourself.
@@brianscott9845 Exposure is a valid way to learn, but children don’t learn from being talked to in their sleep, lol. You’re not more “open” in sleep, you’re less; like, literally one of the most important processes of sleep is your brain shutting out external stimuli. I’m pretty sure the idea of sleep learning has been looked into in studies and disproven. That said, I imagine this could be of limited value while falling asleep. I’ve certainly learned a lot of history while using history podcasts to help me fall asleep.

It is uneffective without previously studying what they go over. So I would go through it over a couple of days. Write down what they are saying, say it with them, and then sleep to it. It will reaffirm what you've already learned, but you won't learn while you sleep without studying while you're awake. They've done some studies on it. You can look up the research and stuff. Its interesting.
One has to actively study such as by reading in the language, it does not happen passively. Although it's helpful to listen to Spanish, it may be useful to exclude the English in it. However, everybody has their own methods that works best for them, you need to find those that work for you.
Un trato. les enseño español. y ustedes, me enseñan inglés, en esta cuarentena.A deal. I teach them Spanish. and you teach me english, in this quarantine.
I have been very pleased with the progress I’ve made using this *LearnSpanish.4yourhelp. Com* (remove space and open the site) Spanish learning course. We are English ex-pats who moved to Spain, and have been trying to learn the language, seriously, for 4 years. However, in our 60’s learning a new language has been daunting. But we are making real progress now, thanks to your course.
Wait, what is this? Proper English meets proper Spanish? I feel like I need to sit up straight, wear starched clothing, and maybe eat a cucumber sandwich or something.
Ok,this didn't work for me I don't know if it's because am a sound sleeper, but it's just a myth for me,to achieve something effort must be made and sleeping is a comfort not effort😕😕
I just like hearing someone talk to me while I'm sleeping. Podría manejar avanzado, pero esto es mejor que escuchar a mi perrita Rusa roncando. I could handle advanced, but this is better than hearing my little pet dog Rusa snoring. Rusa doesn't like advanced and really doesn't want to learn English. RT sends... envía... Hello @Michael the sleep music helps your subconscious mind remember the words and phrases. Our subconscious mind works even we are sleeping, and we learn language by programming our brain through repetitions. But, if you prefer without music we also have another version here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nj7Att6GvAg.html
@@milesblack3936 yes sir I remember I learned things by heart by listening to them while sleeping, one time also I sleeped on the first 5 minutes of a 1H hypnoze and meditation stuff, I woke up next morning so energetic and so clear minded I almost perfected my day and done all my tasks. Because our subconscious works 24/24 brother, and it guides our conscious without us even noticing ;)
