Would love if you'd consider doing a class where you break down the intermediate/advanced steps since you already do something similar for beginners. Just a thought.🤔❤️

That’s a great idea!! And we considered it and did it! There are several videos labeled beginner steps you should know in addition to videos labeled “break down step”! Also, there an entire archive of over 100 step by step videos at www.GETFITWITHDG.com (also found and talked about in the video description)
