Leo could've been done better. Donnie comes to terms with the fact that he can't have a relationship with April. Mikey discovers more of his savant side and becomes more responsible. Raph learns to control his emotions rather than letting them control him, the first time in season 1 with his rage and the second in 4 with his fear. But Leo doesn't feel different by the end of the show, other than the new voice actor. Plus, it feels like his "lessons" were his brothers' but in reverse. He learns to defy his responsibilities by heading out to help Karai and Shinigami. He lets his emotions take control of him by blindly trusting Karai and Shinigami. And he learns that he CAN and WILL get whatever he wants by continuing to pursue Karai, which is even worse and weirder since it coninues even after he learns that they're step-siblings. I prefer this Leo. He's basically just Sonic, but that's more than any other Leo.

@@Ze_N00B Leo feeling like Sonic could have something to do with sharing a VA. And their personalities are fairly similar in Rise and the new movies. And they’re the blue one in the group. Could Leo be a variant of Sonic? Or vice versa?
