It is a fun kids toy that is good enough to do most professional yoyo tricks.
The Roller Coaster (by Arnie Dixon) is a combination trick.
This trick combines the side mount flips with the Man on the Flying Trapeze, the Matrix and Double or Nothing. There is another Roller Coaster Trick (Dennis McBride's) that is similar to this trick, but it is not the same.

That's true. I used to use a different camera that required tapes. Those imported in real time.

@dragpie16 That is the Luminator yoyo and it is setup using the Advanced kit which you can get on YoTricks

Only if you are interested. There are plenty of tricks to learn in each style, so there is no reason to get into a new style unless you find it particularly exciting.

@scumbuddy Yes, you are correct. We use the red for responsive and the green for unresponsive in our videos. In actual fact any color can be used for either purpose, we just do that to make our videos easier to follow.

@TheCam432 Sleep time is greatly reduced when the yoyo string touches the side of the yoyo. When doing string tricks it is very important to keep the string straight and in line with the groove. If you can keep the yoyo straight and keep the string from touching the side of the yoyo you will find you will get much longer sleepers. Just to test it I decided to do one throw. I got a 2 minute sleeper and was still able to bind it with a decent amount of spin left - with the unresponsive Luminator.

@cscchua The biggest way to keep this from happening is to make sure that your string is not too long for you. If your string is the right length practice will help you keep this from happening more.

@dragpie16 At this point we do not sell replacement stickers for the Luminator. We hope to be selling them by early to mid Feb 2012. What we have recommended thus far (which works quite well) is using flowable silicone to make custom brake pads. We do have replacement stickers if your Luminator is setup according to the Unresponsive kit. You can get these from our website at any time.

We have a ton of 1A videos in store that we will be releasing once a few other details are firmly in place. I am not sure if we will get to them this year or not (it depends on how quickly we can resolve those other details), but they are definitely on their way. :)

i have always practicing with the tricks that you uploaded, there is several time i accident knocked my yoyo to the floor really hard, luckily its the metal type and yet it still received a little dent. I am just asking, have you ever knock your yoyo hard and is there a way to reduce these accidents.

Where is Arne Dixon these days. Literally nothing about him online. Great break down as well. Better than how Dixon taught it on his yo-yo video, but then again time was precious on VHS days I guess.

He is the one behind the NED shows, which I believe are the most popular yoyo themed show for elementary schools in the US right now. I have not seen him in person for a very long time, however.

Teo Zhekai We do not bind the yoyo in this video. The yoyo in this video is responsive, which means it does not require a bind to come back.
