So does that mean of the summer solstice of june 21st the sun was either in the constellation of scorpio, ophiuchus or Sagittarius?

On June 21, the Sun crossed from Taurus into Gemini. The Sun crosses into Ophiuchus from Scorpius on November 30th, and then into Sagittarius on December 18th. Source: Stargazing software.
