Sensei, for no-gi BJJ, various turning throws (be it head&arm/kubi nage, arm throws/seoi nage or hip throws/ogoshi) are incredibly rare in competition. Do you think this is because a lack of skill, or are they just too low percentage and high risk (back gets taken) to truly rely on?
These throws are Terrible. They rely on improbable angles, and leave you on your knees in front of your opponent if you happen to miss, which is quite likely. Demonstration is fast and sloppy. SMH.
