Hey Dennis! I am really excited about "grabbing" this solo in four chunks by ear over the course of a month without a transcription. I feel confident that I am (finally) up to the task. A couple of days ago I also started working on the 330 bpm Pansch Weiss solo on The Sheik Of Araby, and every morning I'm laughing my ass off at the prospect of "getting swole". I don't expect you to remember me, but we had some interaction on a couple of Web Groups going back to 2001, and had some good conversations in Portland and at DFNW. I have bought 2 of your books, and would be amenable to purchasing some of your SoundSlice offerings. Thanks for your work.
