The 7th sounds similar like English "ch" while the 14th sounds like "ts" and both carry low tone. When they have prefixes in a syllable they can became voiced, and become "J" and "dz" respectively. I hope this can helps
Could someone correct me? I've heard that Tibetans don't have the right to get passports, or maybe they can, but it takes a long time and is very difficult to obtain one. Even when they come to China, the government issues them a yellow permit to enter mainland China.
