Learn to Bake Peach Tart Step by Step in Alessandra's kitchen! Watch as she demonstrates how to make a delicious crostata di marmelata with a beautiful flaky crust. Don't forget to subscribe for more mouth-watering recipes.
Ingredients:-
Pasta Frolla
4 cups all-purpose flour (500 grams)
1 cup granulated sugar (200 grams)
3 eggs
4 tsp baking powder (16 grams)
1 3/4 stick(7 ounces) softened or melted butter(200 grams)
Pinch of salt
Zest of a lemon
10 ounces of your favorite jam for the pasta Frolla
Directions:
Step#1- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and with one hand gently fold to incorporate to form a soft dough.
Step#2- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before rolling to make the crostata base.
Step#3- Roll your dough about 1/4 inch thickness and cover the base of an 11-inch tart mold.
Step#4- Spread the jam on top of the dough.
Step#5-Now roll more dough out and make 1 inch thick strips to decorate the top of the crostata.
Step#6- Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. (180 Celsius)
Step#7- With the remaining dough, you can cut our two-inch rounds and place them in a small muffin pan and add one tsp of Nutella in it.
If you still have a dough roll a 6-inch log and twist on itself to make small cookies.

Thank you for your video Alessandra - watching from London, UK. I get the tip on rolling out - at present we have a pin, but it's a one piece pin and doesn't roll (that easy). I'm going to speak with the Commandate - my Wife - and see about getting a Proper Rolling pin
