To all the young people out there, as you stand at the threshold of adulthood, you’re entering a phase of life filled with transitions, challenges, and opportunities. During this transformative journey, it’s important to remember that happiness is an attitude you need to cultivate.
Here’s what I recently shared with students of Pallikoodam - India, Kerala (one of India’s finest schools). I hope it serves as a reminder that your happiness is within your control and that you can be happy just by embracing simple things.

I love this video of your's. We spend our lives as a dog, wag tail and so on. That's not how it should be. I have stopped this in my life now. I am happy where I am, what I am, and dont't give a damn what others think of me now. Thanks for this

The biggest takeaway from this was 'relationships' - they are the primary reasons for being able to feel happy and lose yourself. If you continuously 'give' and don't receive anything back except negatives and criticisms, then I don't know how you are going to have that attitude of being happy!

Ravi sir - This is a good message but I wish I could ask you that if I follow these steps to be happy then would that make me lazy or complacent in life towards financial and other practical needs? How to have that balance?
