also it looks like a 4 way stop intersection meaning all sides got stop signs and its first come first go but truck also didn't stop at stop sign and car made it first so car has right to go first. At the same time the driver of the car definitely didn't check left and right to see if its clear to go as a truck to his left is speeding towards him. could've been avoided
