Great video thanks! I Can you recommend any videos or Articles to expand on the topic? i'm really intersted in resuscitation in Patients with preexisting right heart dysfunction (when they are septic for example). Thanks again.

When you say give small amounts of fluid are you saying crystalloids or colloids? If I suspect a right inferior MI STEMI in the field and the patient is showing signs of hemodynamic instability, some paramedics systems have protocol instructions to not administer nitrates or use with caution. Would lactated ringers, in the small amounts, be the better choice to maintain the vascular volume? After I consulted with my medical control of course.

The data says there’s no difference. I’d use crystalloids to start and LR is my go to

Can you provide references that suggest IV norepinephrine, vasopressin, and nitroglycerin reduce PVR? MDs at my workplace requested evidence when I told them about what you taught me in this lecture. Thanks!
