I decided to put together a series of fly tying tutorials to help beginners to learn to fly tie for trout.
Some of the stuff in this series may be text book, some may not. This is based on my experienced of fly tying which has developed over more than a decade of tying trout flies.
Over the years I've spent a lot of time studying fly tying, have an interest in macroinvertebrates and have been a keen angler from a young age. All of which has contributed to how I like to tie trout flies.
I hope you find this series helpful and informative and never lose sight of the joy the wonderful world of fly tying has to offer.
