I think you could separate the 'Make the Marinara Sauce' segment into the marinara bit and the mushroom duxelle bit :)

When making fresh pasta, do I let the pasta dry?; or can I cook it straight away? . How long do I cook fresh pasta? Thank you.

Either works! You can cook right away, which will cook very quickly and have a great freshness to it. Any extra pasta, you could also refrigerate, freeze or dry.
