we cannot always point the finger and blame someone else for the wrongdoings that take place in our lives, we have to make the choices and take responsibility for WHO we open the door to. it can be time consuming to take all these extra steps to ensure we protect our mental state, but the reward is greater when we end up in an amazing place of peace and self worth!!
