7-8 chicken legs.
Salt and black pepper.
2 butter spoons.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add 2 cups chicken broth.
Cook with lid on for 30 minutes.
Turn halfway through the cooking time.
100 g Parmesan cheese.
1 egg.
200 ml / 6.7 fl oz cream.
1.5L / 34 fl oz water.
200g macaroni.
1 teaspoon salt.
Cook over medium-high heat for the time specified by the manufacturer.
For this special macaroni it takes 10 minutes.
Add the sauce and chicken and simmer, covered, for 4 minutes.
