Most people go to the gym but my daughter does that. She now has a six pack and is working on a triple back flip on the floor. She can already do a triple front flip. She is also working on a five step flip on the wall as well as doing flips on the wall.

Back flips are easier than front flips so why can she frontflip more than back flip the most frontflips ever landed on floor was a double and that was barely landed. Triple backs are nearly impossible, as for five step wallflips how many steps you can do on a wall before you backflip doesn't define how good you are at freerunning. Either you are a troll or bullshitting.... Learn your facts before you make up stuff you make yourself look like a idiot for the whole internet to see.

Greg Lewis I use backhand in ping pong...this is harder than front hand...I can't *do* front hand. Think about that lol

The only people that land triple back flips are fully grown men who are at their peek physical condition who do tumbling not freerunning that do a crazy amount of conditioning. Triple front flip is impossible on floor on a trampoline yeah twelve year olds do that but even on spring floor. Have you guys ever even trained any type of discipline that involves flipping?

Greg Lewis I don't know about all that. My point was that sometimes a person can do the more difficult version of something, but not the easier version as strange as it may seem. That's my only point. As to whether or not she can do whatever flip, I have no idea. Also, when I read "triple front flip." I didn't imagine three rotations midair before landing, but rather, three front flips in a row without stopping.

You don't have to feel like that. It's just about having fun and trying new things. You'll find the people there actually being nice and, if you're learning parkour, they'll give you tips and stuff. I remember going to one of these types of places for the first time and I was terrible. But I had people help me and give their advice and I just started improving little by little and eventually these people became friends of mine. Don't worry and just have a good time. :)

The foam will swallow you! It's so hard to get out! I just started, but I've tried doing a flip onto a soft mat, and it's not bad at all. :) I have horribly weak ankles, but I'm fine. You should both get out there and try it! If you don't like it, then you don't have to do it anymore. :) It's a ton of fun though!
