Learning from investigations: Autonomous dozer collision 

On 24 May 2019, a collision occurred between a dozer operating in a semi-autonomous mode and a manned excavator. Due to the increase in automation in mining, a causal investigation was conducted to allow learnings to be shared across the industry.
