The cyclops is way too rng for how much health it has. Maybe if it only did the rock fall once you could burst it through before you die, but even jumping is not consistent for dodging the attack.

1.5 seconds after first slam you jump. 2-2.5 on second hit. Alternating. IIRC. Or maybe the timing depends on the type of slam he does? I remember seeing a reddit post where someone finally figured it out. Maybe it's 0.75 and 1.5.
