Justin Sappier is a traditional woodcarver from Peskotomuhkati First Nation. Justin shares with us more about his dear community - Peskotomuhkati (Passamaquoddy) People - their values, their way of life, as well as their language.
----------
Peskotomuhkati People also known as Passamaquoddy are the people who spear pollock. They are First Nations people that live along the Skutik (St.Croix) River & Passamaquoddy Bay for the past 13,000 years. Today, they primarily reside in New Brunswick and Maine.
