just chilling and learning new skills and related tricks before we continue with our adventures..🥳
🔴 TRICK SCOOTERING:
also known as FREESTYLE SCOOTERING, is an EXTREME SPORT that involves performing tricks and stunts using a specially designed SCOOTER.. It's a popular activity in SKATE PARKS and urban environments..
here are some key aspects of TRICK/FREESTYLE SCOOTERING:
🔴 SCOOTER:
DECK: the platform where the rider stands, made from lightweight yet strong materials like aluminum..
BARS: handlebars for steering, typically made of steel or aluminum for durability..
WHEELS: smaller than those on regular scooters, usually made of high-rebound polyurethane for better grip and control..
FORK: connects the wheels to the deck and bars, often made of reinforced steel or aluminum..
BRAKES: usually a fender brake located on the rear wheel..
🔴 SAFETY GEAR:
HELMET: essential for protecting the head during falls..
PADS: knee and elbow pads, along with wrist guards, are recommended to prevent injuries..
🔴 BASIC TRICKS:
BUNNY HOP: a fundamental trick where the rider jumps with the scooter, lifting both wheels off the ground simultaneously..
TAILWHIP: the rider kicks the deck around 360 degrees while in the air and lands back on it..
BARSPIN: spinning the handlebars 360 degrees while in the air..
MANUAL: balancing on the rear wheel while riding, similar to a wheelie on a bicycle..
GRIND: sliding along the edge of an obstacle, using the scooter's deck or pegs..
🔴 ADVANCED TRICKS:
BACKFLIP: flipping backward in the air while holding the scooter..
FRONT FLIP: flipping forward in the air while holding the scooter..
TAILWHIP REWIND: performing a tailwhip and then quickly kicking the deck back in the opposite direction..
BUTTERCUP: a combination of a tailwhip and a barspin, typically performed in the air..
🔴 RIDING LOCATIONS:
SKATE PARKS: the most common place for TRICK SCOOTERING, featuring ramps, bowls, rails, and other obstacles..
STREET: urban environments where riders use handrails, ledges, stairs, and other street furniture to perform tricks..
INDOOR PARKS: specialized facilities that offer a controlled environment with various obstacles and ramps, ideal for practicing in any weather..
🔴 TIPS FOR BEGINNERS:
START SIMPLE: focus on mastering basic tricks before attempting more advanced stunts..
PRACTICE REGULARLY: consistent practice helps improve skills and build confidence..
WATCH TUTORIALS: online tutorials and videos can provide valuable tips and techniques..
JOIN A COMMUNITY: engaging with other riders can provide motivation, support, and tips..
🟩 TRICK/FREESTYLE SCOOTERING is a thrilling and dynamic sport that combines physical skill, creativity, and a sense of adventure..whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, there's always a new trick to learn and a new challenge to conquer..and don't forget to .s.m.u.k..😉..
MODULAR and CONCRETE SKATE PARKS have several key differences related to materials, durability, adaptability, and costs..here are the main differences:
🔴 MODULAR SKATE PARKS:
• made from materials such as METAL, WOOD, or PLASTIC..assembled from prefabricated elements that can be quickly set up and removed..
• less durable compared to CONCRETE PARKS..more prone to wear and damage, especially WOODEN parts..
• surfaces may be less smooth and stable, affecting trick performance..can provide a good level of performance, but not as high as CONCRETE PARKS..
• lower initial construction costs..greater need for regular maintenance and possible part replacements..
• highly adaptable, can be easily moved and reconfigured..can be quickly adjusted to different needs and events..
🔴 CONCRETE SKATE PARKS:
• made from CONCRETE, which is very durable and long-lasting..
more complex to construct, often built as permanent structures..
• highly durable and resistant to weather conditions and heavy use..less likely to get damaged or wear out compared to MODULAR PARKS..
• smooth and solid surface provides optimal conditions for performing tricks..stability of CONCRETE offers better grip and control..
• initial construction costs can be higher..low maintenance needs, which can reduce costs in the long run..
• can be designed to meet specific requirements and tailored to the local community..less flexible for changes after construction..
🔴 CONCLUSION:
CONCRETE SKATE PARKS are ideal for long-term use and offer the best performance but require higher initial investments..MODULAR SKATE PARKS are more flexible and cheaper to set up but may require more maintenance and have a shorter lifespan..the choice between a CONCRETE and MODULAR PARK depends on specific needs, budget, and planned usage..
