Good day from Ontario. Yes in cold weather they are harder to start. But your fuel shut off switich on dash has cold start.. Check your injection pump & get someone to pull down on fuel shut off lever, when it hits little lever on pump mark it on panel with pencil that is your cold start, also put throttle lever back on idle It should help some Thanks Yes grille is on right but IH emblem is on upside down.
