Just got to your turn Ricky, the instructor was impressed, some great drifting from the get go given that you had never used the car nor was you used to the track
As always top content. You’re the only car channel I watch as soon as the upload notification comes up along with Misha at Apex Nurburgring. Your love for driving is so genuine and honest, something with 99% of other car vloggers are lacking. Keep it up LLF! 👌❤️ hope to see you visit Misha at Apex soon.
Aren't Cayman's really bad for drifting because of the very high levels of grip and mid engine snap oversteer? I'm tempted to get a 981 Boxster but want to be able to have some oversteer fun at reasonable speeds. Is it possible?
This looks like a blast and im sure keeping the tires from roasting with the plastic cover keeps the cost down a bit, you controlled it really well, the closest i get to drifting is handbrake turns in the snow :/
Why haven't you featured a vxr8 on your channel yet? It's the best super saloon that money can buy. Forget the m3 and rs4 and even the e63 . Pound for pound the Vxr8 is the best especially the Bathurst s edition. Monkfish tuned with the wortech exhorst system. Now that would b a proper review on a proper car.
I feel quite sorry for you - I think considering you just hopped in and went for it you did really well, but you had no input from the first instructor on how to transition or improve. I would've been annoyed they didn't give any training after paying good money. And that "Supercar Track" was laughable, did you get over 50mph anywhere?!?
Brian O'conner this is to give an idea of drifting and to learn it’s not cheating. When you learned to drive I don’t think you started driving directly on the road but in a parking or in a country side road. Sorry for the shitty example but it’s the same thing.
