Learning to Ride a Motorcycle in Australia - Tips and Tricks 

Hi mate, I have been riding for 32 years on big bikes, I got a gtr1400. This is a good little vid, but, you seem to be riding to the far left of the lane. I will give you a little tip, always ride close to the right of the lane, and being Australian you have to have your lights on, and align your headlights to the r/h side mirror of the car in front of you. Hardly anyone uses the left mirror and 60% of accidents are because the driver can't see you. Align your bike and you will see the driver look at you, then you know they have seen you and go to the center of the lane. Also when coming up to traffic lights pump your rear brake pedal a few times, this flashes your brake lights to make sure the driver from behind see's you. Little tricks like these save lives.

Eastern states test only does e-braking from 20 km/h? Here we do it from 50.
