This time on #LearnWithMOLAA, Lili our education assistant is demonstrating how to create colorful snowflakes!
What you'll need:
Watercolor Paper
Salt
Pencil
Ruler
White Glue
Watercolors
Paintbrush
Cup of water
(Note: this project will take on average 2 days to finish)
Step 1: Draw or trace a snowflake design out on your paper. Use a ruler and your pencil to make straight lines.
Step 2: Using the white glue, trace over your pencil lines
Step 3: Before the glue dries, shake salt all over the top of your outlined snowflake. This will give it a "snowy" effect
Step 4: Let your art dry over night before painting
Step 5: Use your watercolors to paint on top of the salt and dried glue!
