I purchased my DVD 2 days ago and can't wait to get it. I am a Canadian living in Australia. When things work out and my profits become the same wages where I get at work, I want to say " Take this job and shove it." That's my goal and dream. I'll have to back this comment up as I have also purchased this DVD and Danny has responded to all my emails and facebook messages. I have message him at 5pm, 9pm, 1am, and even 3am all-in-one day and he has responded quickly. Sometimes I think this guy doesn't sleep. Really good information on this DVD.

noctanol - Correct, You ARE leasing the space. In the same way that Wal-Mart, AT&T Wireless or any "Mom and Pop" business leases space. With my information, what you will NOT do is purchase the business rights, the remaining equipment, goodwill, signage or infrastructure. ALL of that becomes FREE. Laundromats are bought and sold every day. The sellers are offloading their already played out business, and the buyers are purchasing failures. Having consulted with dozens of otherwise intelligent people who have made that mistake, I speak from the heart. Your "issue" is with a word, FREE. Your scepticism is normal, and appreciated. Here's the thing, You are only looking at my YT channel because you are intrigued by the Laundromat industry. If you make a single move without my information, you will be legitimately navigating in the dark. Thanks for commenting.

So far with the info that you put out for free you have saved me thousands of dollars by not buying an established laundromat(thank you ).I have ordered your DVD in anticipation for more informative ways to obtain a laundromat for free.I am older than most who have ordered your DVD and am very curious about the exit strategy.

RJ, You just made my day. The funny thing? You are communicating with the "Most hated Man in the Laundromat Industry". The Industry Leaders, failed operators, distributors, Bloggers, and especially business Brokers DO NOT want you to see what I have to say. "business as usual" would have otherwise savvy investors pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into either buying or building a laundromat. If you buy one,... well, you know my question "Why would anyone sell a successful cash business?" If you build one, you are spending over $100K on infrastructure that ALREADY EXISTS in the decrepit, neglected stores that can easily be scooped up through a lease negotiation! Age has no bearing on this, I have success stories from 24 to 74. I truly look forward to seeing an e-mail from you once you've seen my DVD. Welcome to the Dark Side!

Laundromats require no "operating capital" We are realistically RENTING machines, and RE-SELLING gas, water and electricity to our customers. We use "TI" money provided by the landlord, as well as ancillary equipment financed by the manufacturers. It's ALL in th DVD, bro.
