Can any one tell me how did we get present value lease payment 56,668 . i am getting 53460 (20000*2.6730)

Actually i too get this answer..but in this ques the answer (56668) is calculated by taking annuity of 2 mnths (1.83339) x 20000 and then for the frst mnth they add 20000 the whole amnt.. i don't know which ans is crct

ivde payment beginning of the yearilaan.. so (20000)+(20000x1.833)=56660 End of the year anengilaanu 53460 vara
