I'm considering super ego alfredo "4716". I seen the trucks on the road and literally just got off the phone with recruiting. I asked all the questions and i was shocked, it actually sounded amazing.. 88% is good there is so much value when they handle the dispatch side paperwork that's a second job. . I know the ins and outs of van and reefer. For awhile.im Interested in any additional sauce and your system. I currently run denver to Massachusetts corridor mainly.

What are the trucks governed at? I fly down to Chicago to Super Ego Holding tomorrow January 21, 2024 and do they allow you to put your own company logo on the truck? Can’t seem to find anybody to answer that question at the office.

Just got approved today to lease a truck and trailer! Something I asked my recruiter is am I able to customize the truck and trailer? Like add lights to it and he pretty much said yea it’s your truck but im asking you if you see other drivers with decked out looking trucks..

I have to head up there next week only thing that has me second guessing is I wanna know the total price of equipment truck & trailer. At least an example seems like I can’t get that answer. Everything else what people say doesn’t mean anything everyone works different & moves different life is what you make it.

@@cookinginthehammerlane I hear you but I would never give a company 3k or 10k down on their LP program ehen there are so many with 0 down & dont hold you back 3 weeks bkuz you chose to not give them money. Especially one that doesn't allow drivers to book their own loads, always have an excuse about not being able to book loads drivers find on DAT even with reputable brokers. They don't give out the original rate confirmation to drivers...plus they have a joke of a location for their trucks & trailers. They're obviously not using the money they are raping from drivers to make themselves look professional.
Bingo everyone think lease purchase is a scam u got to have a system with a business mind. Get a LLC to write off all those expenses pay yourself I also use trucking office to keep track of all of my loads and expenses to make it easier
You dont have to have an LLC to write things off. Those shitbag companies prey on people like you who are uninformed or dont know anything about the buisiness.
Still pushing. Fuel is down so my pockets are better. Got to stay out the South brokers are bleeding that lane. Midwest is pumping 2.20-3.00 a mile at this moment. Might get lucky on a higher rate sometimes. But, I can see the light with the fuel drop now!
Hey I talked to you at the office . One thing I keep running into is 600 to 400 dollars difference from broker to dispatch. I have documented proof and dispatch still plays dumb. Until I hit the breaks pull over and wait for the rest of the money . Do u confirm with every broker what the load payment is to be sure ur 88 percent is what it should be ?
I made money with them but they take money off the top they send photo shop rate cons. Was with them 9 months till I saved enough to buy my own truck. Good experience but don’t stay long term. Floyd who I was on

@Sacha Vasiliev , lol My truck was governed, but its maxed at 85 mph now, you have that option here. Yes, you have to get those things, but most companies that give you the so called “fully loaded” trust me you get hit in your pockets, I just had a fully loaded , apu, cummmins engine, the whole nine, but I was making $1.27 per mile in a lease purchase, lol I’ll take my basic truck and 2.50 - 3.00 a mile over that any day. Ps, they even had the nerve to charge me .03 a mile for the APU for the duration of the lease at the other company and wanted the APU back at the end of the lease, lol, ok😂😂 with the money I make now I can buy two APUs if I wanted to, lol

I see some of you guys talking about working 7 days a week. How does that work running with your ELD. Are you going over your 70 hour work week? Are you not working 14 hour days? How many hours do you work 7 days?
I’m hesitant to make the switch cause my company gives me exactly the same deal. BUT, my company lies about what the load is worth and then takes 12% of what they say the load is worth. So they will take 500-1000 off the top before they take their 12%
Honestly, everybody does that. Even the brokers. Unless you broker your own loads and have direct shippers you will never truly know how much a load is really paying. There was a protest at the nations capital a few years ago when Trump was in office about this very topic. This has been going on for years.
@@__jakeen__6507 no ofcoarse I didn’t get a lawyer that’s just how the game is. They take bulk contracts and resell them to us owner operators. I don’t need to prove it to know a 1200 mile load of chemicals is really paying more than 2k. What the break is they’re giving to the broker and what they’re skimming off the top before they send me a rate con, I have no idea. And I mean if I’m being honest it’s would be bad business for their company to not do that. It’s just that it really makes it hard on me at the end of the week to show much profit
@B-Smoove it’s the current meta for lease ops. Some still run the old meta where the pay looks crazy but they rape you on maintenance and your contract forces you to use their shops
This company is a scam they well take your down payment and leave you stranded horrible experience. A lot truck drivers at the orientation turn back there truck they well take your hard earned money . You are warned if don’t believe me go tried yourself. Peace of advice.

How is business bad? I get my cheese every week like clock work. All you have to do is do your part, period. The rules are the rules and you can easily send them in Tuesday and get paid I send them in sometimes Thursday or Friday I get paid. That’s why I prefer two weeks in the hole because that gives you enough time to correct any errors, which I Never have. And please believe me I peeped VL’s set up and if it was the best deal I would be there but it’s not,💯

You get your first week earnings on the 3rd Friday.So they actually don’t keep any of your money you just wait 2 weeks for your first week of earnings .
Honestly, I can’t confirm or deny your accusations. What I can say is that I have seen certain loads on load board for a higher rate,💯 With that being said it all goes to the definition of the 88% they say we receive. 1) 88% of the freight booked 2) 88%! of the rate we agree to I’m no lawyer , so for that matter it all comes to how the contract is worded. But, what I can say as a Fact is I average from 2.15 to up to 2.65 a mile per week and that is 1-1.30 over the average that most companies pay their lease purchase drivers. Trust me I’ve done my research, and this isn’t my first lease. With that being said I don’t operate that truck unless I believe the rate is fair. Another option for you is to get your own truck and authority and you will cut out most middle men and get that “Load Board” rate in which you are seeking. I came home this week for two days and I grossed 8k so I’m riding the wave. And you asked me why do they do this? I can’t speak on their behalf because I am not an employee I’m just out here hustling just like you.
