I got mine from Moorpark, CA. Her grandparents are from Germany. The original Biewer lines. She was born on February 20, 24. After the loss of my Yorki on Valentine's Day 😭 My brother knew I was heartbroken. So he bought little Annie for me. She is feisty. A beautiful little ball of joy. ❤

Your baby is precious! I lost my precious mini long-haired dachshund, Winnie, In 2021, and I've been lonely for a dog ever since.
I just got a Biewer Terrier On Dec 8. Ancestory (with papers) Germany and Russia. I flew to TO Pearson to pick her up from the breeder. I got puppy scammed before that for $5,000. Her colours, as a Biewer, are so much better then the black and tan than North America. White, reddish, brown. Special. She is the joy in my life. I didn’t know I needed her. Lily.
Thanks for the comment and congratulations on your new family member. Our Tommy Jo is a little over 2 years old now and he's a handful. Very lovable but very stubborn and he tries to tell me what he wants but I can't understand what is half the time. If I say "do you want to go out?" and if he does, he will head toward the back door. If that's not what he wants, it's anyone's guess as to what it is. I would be careful while she's young and not let her jump off of anything high like a couch or a bed. They have very tiny bones and can fracture easily. After she gets bigger, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, some of them have a rather sensitive stomach so be careful with strange foods until you figure out what she can and can't handle without getting diarrhea. Tommy has been eating Purina Pro Plan (small bites) and canned chicken breast for over a year and is doing well on that. He also likes cooked hamburger. I give him about 1/4 of a raw carrot every day which he enjoys. Maybe it's the chewing or the taste, but he looks forward to them. Plus it helps provide some fiber. He also gets an ice cube every morning after we go out. He likes crunching them I guess. And he's crazy about Milk Bone and gets a couple of those every day. He will stand by the pantry door, where we keep them, and scratch on it to let me know that's what he wants. I know you're going to love her more with every day that goes by. I love my Biewer Yorkie, named Winola. A nice German name right? I wanted a name to honor the German family that first began raising the Biewer Terriers, I read, in 1984. She’s ended up with the nickname Winnie Pooh! She is jus so sweet, kind, fun to be around. She will be a year old September 24, 2023, but I’m convinced she will be a forever puppy. She thinks it’s her job to make sure every one has an opportunity to play and smile and laugh and she makes it difficult to turn her invitation to do so down. Winnie always has a toy or two near by, even when she’s played so hard she’s fallen asleep at the foot of a visiting neighbor waiting with a ball in her mouth. She is curious and so friendly. People are always full of questions about our precious little girl and never failing our conversations, “ oooh I just want to put her in my pocket and take her home with me”. I smile, and try to laugh 😂, but cling😮 a little tighter to my little Winnie 😅.❤
What an absolute doll, Tommy Joe is!!! Best of luck with your new puppy. Like you, we hesitated to get another pet after losing our two precious calico cats, Callie and Cassie. Ultimately, we decided to leave things in God’s hands, and God decided we ought to have our wonderful Willow. Again, all the best with Tommy Joe. :)
I lost my precious Yorkie in February 2024. Very unexpectedly. My brother knew I was devastated. He found me a breeder and brought me a puppy. She could never replace my Pippi, nor would I try. Yet, something about Annie makes me feel like Pippi had her little paw in helping me choose this little one….sounds crazy, I know. Stranger things I suppose.
