Hi gang….Roz leads this beautiful song that was written and recorded by John Denver in 1966. It was originally going to be called “ Babe I hate to go “ but the record company persuaded John to change it to “ Leaving on a Jet Plane “.

This one has brought a tear to my eyes. Roz, your voice is so lovely. I’ve just finished packing my bags for a 6am flight tomorrow to Calgary. While I’m excited to visit family, I know that I’ll cry a little when my hubby drops me off at the airport. I just realized that today’s 9/11. That day has had many changes in our lives. One of the small things that I miss is saying goodbye or meeting people at the gate. Thank you for this song❤✈️

What is the picking pattern Roz is using?

Hi James it's based on 4-2-3 with 2 plucks on the 4th strings at times but she never analyses anything and prefers to just" feel " what's needed and then mixed things up...she has a natural talent for this...😊👍🎵🎶..sending you our love...🥰💕
