** PLEASE NOTE - This video was recorded a long time ago and I now live in Thailand. I'm only showing you these videos in the hopes that it'll give at least one person the inspiration to do something with their life **
After Chloe left, I started thinking deeply about my future but I couldn't ever imagine living in another country. Something else happened (but I won't go into detail) and my whole existence was put under question in my mind and I spiralled into a 3 day anxiety attack. The doctor was actually very sympathetic and he gave me some very valuable advice (along with some pills). I was supposed to get a call from some professional but it never came.
Thinking back, this day was my turning point and I then started convincing myself that I had to get out of the country for my own mental health and also to get out of constant pain.

It's a completely different world mate, it's just a place of pure happiness over here and yes, I'm soooooooo glad I made the change. I've got hours and hours of videos that I took in the UK, it was on a daily basis but I've had to cut it down into bite-sized chunks.

Cheers mate, I appreciate that. I'll get back into FPV when I can pluck up the balls to press the 'F-it' button (and then spend the next few hours beating myself up about spending loads of money 🤣)

Cheers mate, I appreciate that. Life is easy, slow and methodical over here which are 3 things that the UK doesn't have anymore. I went out last night to the local 7/11 (which are open 24 hours for some reason) and I felt like I was 18 again because this country has all the qualities of the UK in the 80's but the more I learn, the more I see that technology is far more advanced.

Tony, I know what your going through, my story is different but the same. Anxiety attack- probably not, most likely a psychotic break, not to worry it's just a way of dealing with an unbelievably difficult problem, don't be afraid of the term, now that you know all you have to do is to start doing that which has caused you all this emotional turmoil. Start by making a firm decision on the first problem that comes to mind and then build on those decisions with more firm decisions. There are no wrong decisions only consequences that can be dealt with. I'll quote from a pub song I've always liked" We get knocked down and we get up again".

Cheers Michael, I appreciate that. Did you know that this was recorded about 8 months ago and I now live in Thailand? I'm posting these videos in the hopes that it'll help just one person who is going through the same as I did. I spent years, battling with depression and the pills didn't help. I spent years battling with a back problem and the doctors refused to acknowledge what the problem was. I woke up one morning, decided that I was going to leave the UK and that's when the anxiety (or psychotic break) kicked in. I'm now living without pain, without depression (which was circumstantial) and without anxiety (psychotic break which was also circumstantial). I should have done this a long time ago!

I've been here 5 months now and no mate, I'm not bored at all. I did get a bit down a few days ago when I'd spent 2 days editing videos for Patreon, then I started answering email questions and then I started watching YT videos (which always ends in car crashes). I suddenly realised where I was and I went out for a ride...... all was perfect in the world again. I've been working on my new little hobby and I've progressed into something bigger now (it's a secret) but yes, I want to build something but the trouble is, there is no limit over here - if I build the world's fastest scooter, I'll then have to build the world's fastest tuktuk but then I thought....... This is Thailand, why not just make my own tuktuk or scooter frame? I'm just trying to find my limits at the moment.

@@Vortecks If you have access to the necessary tools and technology, then maybe there, without western bureaucracy, you can create something innovative. All my intended builds on this failing island, are in quicksand and sinking fast. Everything revolves around CAD, which is outside of my skillset. My fight with InDesign and Photoshop is already my limit. I cannot learn CAD from YT videos. An E-TukTuk sounds a great idea. Something we need in London, particularly since Khan has openly declared war on the automobile. Good luck :)
