EQUIPMENT
Medium-sized rectangular Pyrex pan
INGREDIENTS
Crust:
¼ gallon milk (1 L)
1 cup semolina
½ stick butter (50 g)
A few drops of orange flower water
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Cream:
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream (250 ml)
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
Glaze:
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
A few drops of orange flower water
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Make a porridge by boiling the semolina with the milk.
2) Move the porridge into a buttered pan and keep the porridge in the fridge.
3) Whip all the cream ingredients together until you have some firm cream.
4) Put a layer of the cream on top of the porridge and keep it in the fridge.
5) Prepare the glaze by heating the sugar, water, and orange flower water.
6) Drizzle the porridge with the glaze and add some roasted pistachios on top.
