Syria is in ruins, Iraq is in ruins, Gaza is in ruins now Lebanon want to join them. Hoping and praying that other nations nearby will not join the game. Your country is destroyed while Iran is watching how to destroy other countries. They are safe from a distance.

I truly think that much has to do with US and many other countries do not want to embarrass the Arabs with an Israeli victory. They will try to impose a cease fire on Israel.

I wish the analyst would take a moment to see that Lebanon is also entitled to self defense. There should be negotiation but Israel has been unresponsive to them. If the US can't bring Israel to the negotiation table I think some leverage from the US would need to be used.

Who speaks for Lebanon? Hrzbollah? They speak for themselves. They may have some govt MPs but they're not interested in Lebanon. Hezbollah uses Lebanon like a parasite uses a host.

After the cold wars, My prediction of the world will be peace. the fact it is more destructive, why? because some countries are feeling they should stay powerful by creating new enemies for them. Meanwhile some countries woke up from this situation with the conclusion "the world needs balancing"
