There are many more aspects, awards, prime, championships, acolades... For me longevity is 2nd or 3rs most important thing in basketball, but for me how players are playing in their prime is the most important. And as great as Lebron was, he wasn't the best player ever in his peak, I'm sorry, Jordan's stats in his peak were just on another level, I'm talking only about his points per game on that insanee efficiency, but I'm also talking about his assists and his rebounds too, not just that he was easily the greatest scorer of all time in his prime, but many people don't want to talk about this, HE WAS ALSO THE BEST ALL AROUND PLAYER OF ALL TIME AT HIS PEAK. Great offensive rebounder, great rim protector (especialy for his position), the best in the league in steals, really good passer, great defender... In his prime, Jordan could do it all offensively and defensively. Not just that he is the greatest offensive player this league has ever seen, but Jordan is the greatest two way player we've ever seen. Nobody was soo consistent on both enda on the court like Jordan in his whole career. Not just that he won 10 scoring titles, but he was 9 times in first defensive team, Lebron was only 5 times and he won only 1 scoring title. Kobe also had 9 first defensive teams, but affter 2008 or 2009 he wasn't anymore soo elite on the defensive end, while Jordan in his 13 years with chicago won defensive player of the year and was 9 times in first defensive team. I'm sorry, when you look at longevity, yeah, Lebron easily has the best longevity than any other player in the history, easily. Buut... When you talk who is really better basketball player when you see the acolades, styke and all that stuff... Jordan is without a doubt the greatest player of all time.

Because Jordan won defensive player of the year that year and lost in the 2nd round, it doesn't mean anything when you talk about "the greatest player of all time" 🤦‍♂️. I don't care that that award was out of 3 years, Lebron never had as great defensive season as Jordan that year. Jordan hed the lrague in steals with 3,2 per game I think and aldo had 1,6 blocks per game AS A SHOOTING GUARD. Lebron never even averaged 1,3 blocks per game and he never averaged over 2 steals per game. That Jordan's season was one of the best defensive seasons of all time, he was everywhere on the court defensively. Lebron won assists title and only 1 scoring title, Jordan won 10 scoring titles, I think that is light years more impressive than to win 1 scoring and assist title 🤣🤣🤣if we go like that Jordan won 3 steals titles, Lebron never won steals title. That's argument that Jordan retired multiple times and Lebron played all the time is dumbest thing I've ever heard. It fact, Jordan's retiring multiple times goes in Jordan's favour because he played only 15 season in the NBA (13 seasons with Chicago) and still won 6 championships while Lebron played 20 years and still hasn't won his 5th championship. I' m sorry bro, but Jordan didn't needed to take a brake to be soo exellent, he destoyed his career with those brake. For me it was his bemiggest mistake in his career and he should blame himself forever about that, because if he stayes in the league those seasons, maybe he would win 1 more MVP (just maybe), he would definitely win at least 1 more scoring title, and he would be all time leader in points right now over Kareem and everybody esle. If he played all these seasons when he retired, that's a total of 19 seasons, with his 19 seasons with that same average (30,1 points per game) he would have over 40 000 points in the league right now, maybe even 41 000 and Lebron would need to play at least 2 more seasons to brake that record. Those brakes that Jordan had just help to Lebron to make things a little more interesting, because without those brakes it wouldn't be even close, because with all of these things that Jordan acomplished in his career, he would have the only thing that he hasn't right now, that's longevity.
