This is the most. Complete Lebron ever. The fade away, the deep three, the contested mids, the lay ups, the dunks, the genius passing, the stellar defense when he wants to, the clutchness, the leadership. Crazy. Goat.
I'm A Narc! His playoff performances since 2015 have been incredible. They been all Jordan like. Pure dominance only reason he doesn’t get credit is because he only won 1 time.( if he had Love or Kyrie in 2015 he would have found a way to win and if they had kept Kyrie I really think it would have been a longer series than in 2017. Bron told Kyrie they would be back to the Finals when they where walking out and it didn’t happen because Kyrie wanted out. Bron looked more equipped in 2018. Everybody was saying blowout but he SINGLEHANDEDLY controlled game 1 against that stacked Warriors team)
yeah game 1 warriors was ridiculous. he ran out of juice for the last 3 and bruised his hand. unfortunate way to end, but warriors were too deep for the cavs lineup@@fjo9492
@Luke Thomas but nobody would forget about lebron, its just that why would they get swept, in 2106 they weren't swept even levron had kyrie and love and jr is still good
Nah. The raptors just suck. They won the championship because of kawhi and a injured warriors team. The only team that pushed lebron was probably the pacers in his 9 year playoff stretch.
@@hardipchander5483 smh lmao raptors and boston both very good teams, stop listenng to skip bayless he doesnt know shit about sports, the east was historically weak but lebron played against quite a few good teams, pistons, pacers, raptors, celtics,
@@ghosa.4434 I mean things went bad for them like really bad, they fired their head coach and traded their best player. A lot of people thought the team couldnt work where in fact it was just lebron who dominated the eastern conference
Lebron greatest achievements imo are most of the Finals he lost bc of what it took to get there. From 06-18 Lebron didn't miss the playoffs and he didn't lose in the first round. Only other player who can boast that is Russell. 10 conference finals and 9 finals in that span. HOF players spend their whole careers never coming close to that many playoff wins. And people still wanna act like it didn't take godly play from Lebron for his teams to consistently dig deep in April, May and June. He's the only player other than Russell again to win multiple game 7s, including one on the road, both against dynasty teams.
Are you dumb? Toronto is now a totally different team. Lebron is the guy who in his career faced tons of teams that would have not made the playoffs if they were in the West and he still needs Big 3 in his own team to win, otherwise being schooled harshly. Once having big 3 for 7 straight years then free rides to the finals. Sometimes the competitions even seem close while they shouldn't be because his lack of clutchness. He himself cannot make the playoffs in the West either.
@@xjpwcnm not just Toronto , but overall his presence in the team he is in , the plays he makes and carries the team ....I mean some might say curry , or KD the best ATM ...but still have u seen kd or curry carry teams alone
@@thunder9394 Did you start watching basketball yesterday? Curry carried the Warriors to win a title in 2015. Don't mention Iguodala, his defense is essential, but his open shots opportunities are caused by Curry. Lebron carried the Cavs to win a reconstructing Pacers and Rookie Celtics using 7 games, this is not an accomplishment. You want mention 2007? You don't want to know that his 1st and 2nd round opponents both had 41 wins in that season which couldn't make the playoffs in the West.
Magic and Bird: GOATs of the 80s Jordan: GOAT of the 90s Kobe and Duncan: co-GOATs of the 2000s Lebron: GOAT of the 2010s End of discussion. Let's all move on with our lives.
Anyone got Lebron's highlight vs Raptors but with Raptors commentators in it ? I love listening to those guys cause they get their feeling hurt and talk mad sensitive lmao
2018 was my favorite year of Bron because he looked so much like Kobe/MJ during the regular season. then he just put his head down and balled out in the playoffs without all the typical BS until the finals.
In all my years of watching and studying the NBA and its players, I've never seen anyone as good and dominant as this version of LeBron James. UNREAL. Looking back on it I don't think we appreciated it when it was actually happening
I've been watching basketball since 1976. Last year's playoff performance by lbj was unforgettable. I've been privileged to see some pretty special basketball players in my time and he is one of the greats of all time.
@@khai5190 no.1 Kareem. The rest in no order. Lbj, magic, air Jordan, chamberlain. But I could make many top 5's but a top 20 probably could narrow it down for me. Again with no particular order of who is ranked where other than number 1. I believe Kareem is the best basketball player ever across all levels that he has played in. If your talking top 5 playoff games, man it would be hard to give a additional 4 cause there are so many. I might be a little bias on lebrons game here. Because I remember running to grab my boy and saying " look at how he is looking, it has finally clicked in his head for him and the rest is history.
@@mo3money850 I guess it depends on the circumstances. That why it's hard to put the rest in any particular order. They all have +'s and -'s. Which is why we place them in our own particular order. If I could get off of this topic of who was the greatest. I would and have no problem saying that they were all the greatest. Because there is no other than the original individual. So for what ever who did what wad and is the greatest for what they( individually did). Probably didn't help, but that's where i'm ultimately at. Let the player be who he is without comparison. Because of the so called greats. There is only one, jabbbar, chamberlain, Russell, Jordan, bird, Barkley, magic, dream, McHale, Malone, Stockton, Dr. J. And all the others. We never say he was the same as, only we say he was similar too. There is only one of one kind in this spectrum. Thanks for my opinion bro!
Never seen a player literally do everything on the basketball court so greatly. Skill set, athleticism, and IQ, strength, leadership. Unreal fadeaways with the right back spin with right knee up sheesh
I don't care this man is the greatest I seen M.J when he was wining champions but I can't think of no one else who has dominated this league for 15 years I don't mean the the Championships he has been on top for the last 15 years and didn't slow down
He is not the GOAT There are many players that can be GOAT before he is ever considered. He has been embarrassed and swept too many times for GOAT. If this series holds weight to your argument then so do his losses.
@@114D You mean Jordan always got swept on round 1 without pippen?? Lebron only got swept when he's facing super teams (Spurs 2007 & Warrior 2018) and having nobody on his team. (oh, and it's on final not even 1st round tho)
Some of these passes inside are with his back to the basket, across his body, while bouncing it past the defender...using upper body strength alone. This is just something else.
The game 2 onslaught he put on them in THEIR HOUSE was insane. The crowd was quiet. Their bench had stunned faces. He literally sucked the life out the gym with his performance.

miles As far as Shaq over Kobe, we would have a healthy debate but there is a viable argument that can be made for Shaq. I just don't personally agree but there are a lot of Lakers and Heat fans that would.
Kobe-41% in clutch-time (career), 6-24 in a game 7, runnin Shaq out of time, crying for a trade because he can't make the playoffs without 7' giants surrounding him- Bryant?
These commentators are so good and unbiased they just appreciating the greatness of LeBron James unlike thousands NBA fans who's hating on that bad man named LeBron James
LeBron’s had one bad playoff game this series. Game 1. Obviously due to him being gassed from the 7 game series against the Pacers. LeBron’s statline from game 1; 26 points 40% FG, 13 assists (1 turnover,) 11 rebounds. The standards are very high for a reason. . This guy LeBron is the model of consistency. LeBron now has *68* 30 point playoff games where he has shot at least 50% from the field. Shaq has 45 of those games, and we all know how physically dominate Shaq was around the rim. LeBron is doing this as a guy on the perimeter. So far through 11 playoff games, LeBron is shooting; 51% from mid range, 57.6% on fadeaway jumpers. 🔥🔥🔥
This guy lambasted the entire "we the north". I cannot believe this is one guy in one series. LeBron James highlights like this gives me goosebumps. The man is a living legend
This LeBron version is unbelievable. All attributes that a player can have, at the highest level. I will never forget this performance. I've never seen anything like it.
Never seen one man have this much dominant over one team. This (Return Cleveland) LeBron was in top lean condition and scary. Season two Lakers Lebron has slow down just a little but is more wiser and lead the league in assist with 10.
MJ documental only showed to people how good of a team MJ had. Put Lebron in his position with his longevity, his iq to work with Phil, his mastermind to work with Krause like he did with Griffin and his ability to feed and Lebron would have win more than 8. My goat is Lebron
@@JahleelX-xx9wd Wilt said u cant measure a players greatness by rings because teams wins rings.... Wilt had a 50-20 season b4 but hes in no ones top 5
@@MLEMOBLIFEENTERTAINMENT hes in no ones top 5 because no one really saw him play, games were still on like vhs tapes back then, unless you saw him live theres no way you can truly appreciate his statlines, sucks but thats how it is
That’s very easily said. To 3-peat. Twice. LeBron was in a great position in Miami. Didn’t 3-peat. Also, one can argue that Wade, Kyrie and AD are all better players than Pippen.
who came after Drake vs Warriors Draymond Trash talk !!! We are missing LeBron Goat what a energy on the floor. This guy is not only super star and great entertainer too.
I'm scrolling through youtube wanting to see The King play. Man, this is a reality check... we'll never see anything like him when he's gone. I miss him, he's just polarizing. NBA isn't the same without him. Long live, King James, my only hope is to see you win at least 2 more rings, no other player deserves more than you. Thank you.
Watching this dude 08-09 highlights and watching this it’s crazy how much better he got went from jus dunks and threes to now midrange game on point crazy dude gone play bout another 5-6 yrs
This version of Lebron is the greatest performance by a single player through the whole play off series . Remember first round vs Indy Cavs went 7 games , vs Toronto was 4 games and than vs Celtics also 7 games , that’s a lot of games for somebody who’s in their prime let alone somebody like Lebron , who had 7 straight finals appearances a lot of miles on those legs, all of that didn’t matter to Lebron who went beast mode tru the whole play offs and he was just killing everyone on his way to 8 straight final and greatest performances by a single player like I said . It was crazy how he dominated every team and every player they put on him. It was 40 points after 40 points than was 50 points and so on . Who else is with me on this , if he referees don’t over turn that call vs Lebron game 1 cavs win that game . Right before that play and that overturned call there was a play right before it were Lebron takes it in and he scored , commentators Lebron takes inside he double clutches and lays it in, and I was like wtf he didn’t double clutch nothing you can clearly see how D. Green fouls him as Lebron was in the air laying it in Green hit him on the elbow it was clean foul , that’s -1 , and the Kevin Durant happened right after and that means , if they call the foul in green that play don’t happen , KD doesn’t get 2 free throws and cavs win that game 1 ! If stupid George hill doesn’t miss that free throw Cavs that game 1 and last if JR Smith lays that ball in after he grabbed a rebound was open by him self for the lay in if he puts it up and ball goes in Cavs win game 1, easy and simple. Unfortunately none of that happened , I have never seen so many calls go against one team in last 30 sec of the game of witch Lebron already had 51 points. Lebron knew if they gonna win one game in Oakland it would be that game 1 and he gave it his all and came so damn close and after that Smith play Lebron like I never ever seen him like that he just said fuck it I have no shot at beating warriors this year and he simply gave up ! It was sad to see but what else was he suppose to do. It’s like I got you guys here and all you guys had to do is not make mistake and hit a free throw or lay the ball in that’s it and they couldn’t even do that !
14:09 is the perfect representation of why he is the greatest player of all time. MJ has never done that. No one has. They're so afraid of his ability to pass, so cautious of his ability to drive, he literally flushes all 5 Raptors into the front court and he's just standing there at the top of the key, and of course he can hit deep shots with the best of them. He's a genius and no one can do the things that he can.
Yes sir your right . Just go take a look at who Jordan played against back in the 90s , it was bunch of slow white ppl , who wasn’t athletic and couldn’t shoot as good as they do now ! Plus he had pippen who’d lock up anybody and everybody . Plus Jordan when they played blazers and Jordan hit that game winner , it was a clear foul Jordan pushed off the defender with his hand no call . I wish lebron played in the 90 s
Really appraciate how this man dominates the Basketball through the years, hope we see him again until he possesed that much combination of skills and talent. We never know how far he can still go playing like that. Just appreciate this man dude! #kingjames23 come back in the playoffs and do it again man
Don't get me wrong mike is great but we seem similarities in Kobe,, and I see mike play when he was mike but I've never I mean we've never seen a player like lebron 15 years straight still dunking on mfs heads jumping out the gym still one of the best passers that I've ever seen just look at how he control the offense and see things the others don't like if he's moving in a certain direction its for a reason like he knows the defender would do this so he uses his abilities to get a clear pass to someone.. How his game getting better as he gets older that's the crazy and scary part like bull could shoot way better then before inside outside fade always midrange spin moves is smooth his strength to just bull doze everyone in his way.. Image in two more years how much better his shot will be
This was the best Lebron performance I’ve seen. Dominating mentally, physically, and skillfully. Bron opened up the tool box and let it all show. Serving the Raptors like a Ruth Chris waiter. Scoring every way, making every pass....pure dominance.
Smh everybody who says Kawhi is the best for making it thru the "weak east" need to revert to these videos of a guy who DOMINATED the east for nearly a decade (8 season is nearly so dont try be a smartass)
jizl corleone he made it through the west so right now kawhi is the best until lebron can do that (which he will next year ) lebron still had the better career and is in the debate for goat
I know people always say twenty thirteen fourteen is the best version of Lebron but this twenty eighteen Lebron was unstoppable it was so nostalgic watching this run and him literally carrying this team on his back
i just watched the full highlight of Lebron vs Boston and i gotta tell ya.... i watch this highlight and i felt like lebron was playing against a bunch of YMCA dudes....
Well he doesn’t. It’s rarely ON. Even in this series. Game 2 on fire. Game 3 one jumpshot made. He might be the goat but his fadeaway isn’t close to Jordan’s.
I've never seen a player take the crowd out of the game so completely as Lebron did in Game 2 against Toronto. Intentionally taking difficult shots and would not miss.
It was unusual at the time, but it sums up the entire 2018 season for him. For most of his career he didn't deliberately go after all the tough shots. That just makes it the best imo
I've seen this too many times. My son asked me about beautiful basketball. I showed him this. That man is an artist. The combination of skill, vision, strength, and speed is absolutely unmatched. If Stockton and Malone were one player, he'd be like LeBron James. Strong and forceful as Malone, vision and passing ability as Stockton.
Whenever I hear guys like Shaq ask "Who is scared of Lebron?", this is the series I always go to. Raptors players, coaching staff and fanbase knew, "if we beat LeBron, we win". But they still couldn't win. Watch the raptors bench whenever he scores. I would love to have asked guys like Powell, OG, DeRozan, Siakam etc, whether or not they were scared of him.
that take just discounts the teams Bron has terrorized in the east throughout his career like the Pacers, Celtics (2012/2018), Raptors even like the Gilbert Arenas Wizards lol
Wow. I can’t believe that this series and LeBron’s entire 2018 playoff run was 5 *years* ago. Even though the Cavs didnt win the title, this run of lebron playoff games was so incredible, I almost don’t even care about the title. He was insane.
