MJ's balls hadn't even dropped by the age of 22... so to say... when comparing careers to LJ at that age... MJ is still my goat pick though but LJ is a very close 2nd and only because MJ had a better career in terms of winning rings and accolades. LJ is just as good when compared as an all around player.
Yea and faced bumass teams to get there also he played the damn pistons without there best player at the time Ben Wallace. No hate but don’t act like he just beat great teams now
zax the hooper Nah he aint. He was temporary greatness in his own time as well then. Him playing it in that era doesnt mean he would be with 6 chips now. The NBA is more competitive these days. Those days are over when a same team would win 3-4 years in a row. You say LeBron is temporary greatness in his own time. Its same for Michael. LeBron didnt play in MJ’s era. MJ didn’t play in LeBron’s era. I can bet he wouldve won fewer rings these times when powers are more equaled out. Not to mention I like to see more person achievements and not chips, cause chip is greatness of a team. Stats are greatness of a player.
zax the hooper Dude. Get that in your typical jordansexual thick skull. You cant win a chip if your teammates are not up to it no matter how good you are. These guys only won cause they had capable teammates as their back up. Take into consideration Cleveland Cavaliers loss in game 1 of 2018 NBA Finals. They had the game tied. Hill couldnt make 2nd free throw and once JR Smith caught the ball he couldnt do a simple thing as to pass the ball to LeBron, who was free, but instead ruined it with a dumbheaded play and passed the ball to a guy, defended in a corner, who had no way of making the shot. And then the cavs lost the game after LeBron put up 51 POINTS in the game, not to mention other aspects. How was that his problem? He played good in all his Finals that he had, its the teammates that needed to step up and just play the damn game like they have to. Oh and dont go into chips define greatness of a player, because you might as well proclaim Bill Russell as the goat instead of MJ if you go into that. Just saying. Might as well be on a winning team, but that doesnt make me greatest if aint that good. Stats are the thing that matters. The chip is a result of teamwork, team morale and chemistry, how they play together and stuff. Typical people, who barely play any basketball think one guy can get a championship. Thats very wrong thinking. Also if LeBron is such a loser he wouldve not pulled out 3-1 comback block save at game 7.
Mr.E “Cleveland is the city of champions once again. The 50 year drought is over. Lebron James makes good on his promise to come home and bring a championship to Cleveland”
@@Toph.Beifong. Steph: I gotta be clutch yo this is the playoffs I don't wanna be eliminated. After the game: Steph: I forgot that I was 0/7 from the clutch.
@@Toph.Beifong. he aveaged bettwr stats than his best season on the heat so im pretty sure he did activate playoff mode not hia fault his team was trash
c'mon guy and did you won'tell your kids about MJ?? the original 23??the man that fly in the air and conquest six rings???MICHEL JORDAN...THE BEST OF THE HISTORY
Dude was TWENTY-TWO carrying a team to the Finals. And when he failed, against an ultra-experienced god squad of Spurs players, they were saying shit like "he'll never win a championship." How the hell do you jump to that conclusion? I'd be like, "My God, a 22 year old just dragged this shit team to the fucking Finals"
Took Jordan 6 playoffs to reach the finals (narrative is he didn’t have to learn how to be a winner) took bron 2 playoffs and his narrative is he had to go to Miami to learn how to win. He destroyed the pistons dynasty at 22 years old, but I guess he didn’t know how to win.
I AGREE!! IMAO, MIAMI DID NOT HAVE A STACKED TEAM LIKE THE WARRIORS HAD WHEN KD WENT TO THE WARRIORS, THEREFORE IT WAS A DIFFERENT MOVE FOR LEBRON THAN KD. LEBRON HAS A REAL 1ST RING WHEREAS KD's ring is zirconium!!
@@bangbang7903 lol here you go haters go again, KDs move was considered the weakest as Lebron leave Cleveland because the GM itself are the worst management in the NBA history, Lebron is a generatuonal player but what they did? They didnt provide him help and messed up their trades, thats why he left as a FREE AGENT and joined his friend Wade in Heat, which is a team whos only top 10 before he joined and not a championship or playoff contender, while on the other hand, KD left OKC which is a championship contender team, joining his enemy who they blew a 3-1 lead in the playoffs the previous season! What a snake!
I am so sick of this fraud. This hype...listening to the announcers through the years talk about this guy...these announcers are on the NBA's payroll. They tried to make LeBron the NBA poster boy...they called him a King as a rookie...only the ignorant masses have bought in. Lebron James is good...Right now as it stands...he has the same career averages and championships as Larry Bird. The difference between him and Larry is that...Larry Bird was a killer....Lebron James has been on and off steroids his entire career. He has been the number 1 option his entire career and has had enjoyed the benefits of the NBA refs and advertising machine. Lebron James has 3 championships...all of them came on super teams...and one of them has a betting/gambling scandal attached. Lebron has only managed 3 rings on super teams...hes never won without TWO OTHER SUPER STARS. TWO. Lebron has been swept out of the finals TWICE being dominated at the highest level. Lebron lost an Olympic gold medal...until Kobe came to lead the team and they won. Lebron James bounced on his home town team and fans TWICE. Lebron promised to be in the dunk contest...and the dude never did it...a dunk contest for the fans because...the NBA isn't just basketball...its basketball entertainment. The fact that he didn't even compete in the dunk contest says a lot. If the hype on Lebron was real...he would have done things we couldn't imagine. Westbrook averaged a triple double...a guy who is half the size of Lebron...everyone talks about his size...everyone talks about his scoring rebounding and passing...none of that translates...none of that makes him the best. Lebron has been padding his stats his entire career. The only thing you can say is that...because of the steroids and modern day technology...he may play for another 10 years and own all the records. That doesn't mean anything. I don't feel Lebron has passed Larry Bird...let alone any all time Laker starting 5. Michael Jordan is the GOAT. Kobe is the best to ever do it. Then you got Kareem...Magic...Bill Russell...Shaq...Tim Duncan...Paul Pierce...John Stockton...Scottie Pippen...the list goes on and on...Stop with the bs. Its over. Lebron was a hype job.
Bruh this man CARRIED a team and with no real stars and people puts pressure on him when he's 21 years old that doesnt make sense just appreciate the greatness!!
"Even if he is successful there is going to be those who say well he didn't do this he didn't do that" wow 18 years later and people really be saying that about James.
Johnny White III when Jordan retired it was never the same too. Not a bad thing the nba has to progress. From Russ’s dominating era to magic and Larry’s rivalry to Kareem’s sky hook to the bull’s era to curry’s perfect three point shot the nba will progress so we could tell our kids about Lebron
Dread Walker Wha-? It will be better when he will leave? Better because of him but still better? Man do you even understand yourself what you meant by that?
Being a Cleveland sports fan we all know Pain, Agony, and Blues: The Drive The Fumble Michael Jordan Thank God LBJ brought a title to The Land in 2016. I'm good. Peace.
This man dunk my interest in basketball, the first time I saw him play thats it... Since then I've been watching him play. And tried playing basketball too. 😍 I'm a loyal fan of his.
Straight outta high school with all that pressure & all those expectations. Never had a great coach ever in his career, and still continues to deliver. The greatest to ever do it.
"I'm convinced LeBron James will never win" 2007. Rob Parker and Skip Bayless already hating on LeBron and making a dumb fool of themselves. 2019. They haven't changed one bit.
I get goosebumps every time at 24:41 lebron standing there like yeah I’m here. Most feared man on that court! You know everyone on the warriors felt his presence and even the audience felt it, hell I even felt it through the TV.
I can only imagine what records he would have destroyed if he went to college, He’s a legend came from the dirt and got himself to the top, at this point the rings don’t matter anymore because like he said I’m not suppose to be here and destroyed the league for almost 2 decades now and became a 3 time champion, I’m giving him 2 more titles and he will be the first player to ever to win multi championships in different conference east and west coast being the main player on his team.
I don't have any interest watching basketball until I saw him in the 2012 finals in my neighbor's TV 😅 , from then I'm a big fan til now . NBA will never be the same when he retires .
Big thanks to the editors! But the most thanks is to you Lebron. Thank you for the history you gave us to watch and enjoy. Just to be in conversation with MJ… You’ve done something. Thanks again Lebron
Probably the sweetest moment in LbJ's career is the 2015-16 season, deliver his 'Promise' from a 'one for the books' historical 3-1 comeback in 'The FINALS'... that alone has been phenomenal... #JustAKidFromAkron #KingJames23
This fricking thing made me cry man. I don't care what anybody says but this guy here is the GOAT. His roads weren't easy at all but he is doing what nobody does.
Great retrospective. Very emotional at the end. That game 7 against GS - really the entire series. A series they shouldn’t have had a chance to win. Lebron played so freaking amazingly well it’s almost a once in a lifetime thing to have seen. And I’m a huge Kobe fan. But that performance was legitimately for the ages.
Love him or hate him.. Lebron is a GREAT basketball player.. what he accomplished in basketball is not a joke, regardless of Jordan, kobe and other greats.
Yo I just gotta say, this was phenomenally well done. I had goosebumps from 0:01 to 28:31. You captured every little detail, this man is a god among men. The things this man had to overcome to get to where he is today, it's unbelievable. Thank you for this video.
as a kid growing up watching you until now it has been a pleasure watching you play the game u are the greatest player to ever play the game #LBJ🐐🔥💛💜 #StriveForGreatness #THEYWILLKNOWYOURNAME 👑👑👑👑
Lol nah pump yo brakes LbJ is unlike anything seen but not the goat physical tools don’t make you the greatest it’s winning nd demanding the ball in the clutch moments every time.
as a basketball addict, i feel so blessed to be able to see Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki and Lebron James play at their peaks.
As a basketball fan, I am fortunate to witness the greatness and legacy of Lebron James. Basketball fans around the world will miss him once he's done playing in the NBA. Just appreciate his greatness on and off the court! He is truly one of the most humble greatest athletes of any sports!
