@@Madvillainy48 he was swept 2 straight years and lost 3 times in a row in the first round. He also got abused by the bad boy pistons for 3 straight years which he himself admitted got him in the weight room and turned him into a different monster. So yes, MJ has also had his defeats that made him grow.
@@Madvillainy48 Celtics and Pistons beat down Jordan before he became a legend. 0-2 against Celtics, 1-3 against Pistons. Thats why he’s 6-0 in finals because his toughest opponents were in the same conference.
Candid? This couldn't be more scripted. He knows this is a ding on his play and people talk about it. If it made him the player he is today why does he still stink as a team player.
@goreyboyz8564 some people mindset dosent adapt and stay the same when it is time to change the mindset. Not everbody think like that. It's people out here didn't don't belive in change or approach a different aspect of life.
all players have failed, giannis this year and last year, kawhi this year and the 2013 finals game 6 and 2018 sitting out the whole season, kyrie in 2019, kd in 2016, steph in 2016, jordan in 1995, 1989, 1990. all the greats have failed it’s about how u respond 💯
2013 was kinda more of a bad coaching call. In game 6 if Duncan is in on the play he’s getting the rebound and Ray Allen is not hitting that 3 and the series is over
In hindsight, looking back on it, losing the Finals in 2011 was the best thing that could ever happen to him because it made him stronger, sharper, wiser and smarter. Even Bron said losing in 2011 was his proudest achievement.
I hate how no one gives the Mavs any credit 2011 sure the Heat shoulda swept them if they closed game 2 and if Bron played above average in game 4. But Mavs had a plan and they excelled greatly plus Dirk was out for revenge and they were able to beat great teams. A solid Portland squad first round. THEY SWEPT THE DEFENDING CHAMPS Kobe did not play that great that series. Made quick work of the Thunder and in the finals 4-2 the expected champs pointed out all their weaknesses.
Yeah it’s no coincidence Kobe and Bron underperformed against that Mavs team. No one actually paid attention to what they did defensively but they some amazing team basic all playoffs long. As a Texan I was happy.
@@controversialmann5345 exactly people talk like the Mavericks were a trash team that year, they best kobe, the defending champions, which I’m think they swept that team, beat a younger thunder team who went onto play in the finals that next year, and beat the Miami heat, and none of that happened for no reason
@@nimeproductions7268 people love to double standard lebron and jordan. When jordan loses is because the other team was stacked or Michael’s teammates played like plumbers. When Lebron loses its because he wasn’t a good enough leader. Yes he had a horrific game 4 but the Mavs were a great solid team
Exactly, and people love saying he wouldve won more with shaq than kobe. Dude you couldn't even 3peat with wade n bosh 😂. You only had 1 2 peat in you career,Kobe n Mike had 2
That's not a meltdown, if lebron was retired and came back in the last month of the nba season and lost in the 3rd round yall would be giving him a pass so stop it
@@Brodieiamnot I hate when people say this. MJ is good enough to beat two playoff teams before he even plays Orlando but as soon as he loses, he’s out of shape?
can see in his eyes he hurt bout that. cant get passed that when you compared to a GOAT most people already dont want you to pass. that series and his ft% will always be his achilles, he supposed to have 5 rn 🤦♂arguably 6- 7 lol (2011 obviously. if we were healthy in 2015, def woulda won that. and if Kyrie was Healthy in 2017/stuck with us 2018, mighta got one of those. not probable but possible) but yeah, we're at 4 in real Life and thats a lot to be thankful for. just. yeah lol
What he meant tho is Game 2 changed the course of that series. And when they moved to Dallas for Game 3-5, he was never the same, including that horrendous game 4.
People are just moronic: they’re so used to seeing superstars team up they forgot what makes a team win a championship: playing high level basketball usually through iq and the lebron led cavs had low iq basketball besides lebron. While lebron was so focused on doing everything for the team by himself Dwight played his role and almost swept lebron. The Orlando magic teammates stepped up because they played their role. And also Dwight Howard was literally thought to be better than lebron in the early 2010’s maybe people forgot.
Mavs were a much better team. It's not like Dallas played above their heads, that Heat series was probably the worst the Mavs played during their 2011 Playoff run. If Dallas had played like they did in the WCF, they would have swept the Heat.
Idk what he talking about one play here one play there, nah bruh you choked you not only scored 8 points in 2 key games you let a 6th man outplay you while averaging only 17 points in that whole series, you choked to a lesser team when you were heavily favored to win,
@@christopherduran5121 the heat was very top-heavy that year other than the big 3 they were surrounded by a mid minimum guys and Dallas was the more all around team, I get it LeBron play like shit. We all know that but don’t like Dallas was some slap dick team
Can you Lebron haters take a day off?? He’s literally admitting and owning up to his mistake. Don’t have to like him, but The least you can do is respect that.
@@shadowshod not in this series that was 2010 against the Celtics. But honestly those jokes aren’t even funny. If my teammate slept with my mom I wouldn’t wanna play either
@@sm6086 And you can also say if Kyrie and Love were healthy on 2015 the Cavs woulda won. Its stupid to try and discredit that finals runs because you can put some type of asterisk on damn near every championship in NBA history
Lol you're mad. Lebron's 10000x better at basketball than you and widely considered to be the best or 2nd best basketball player ever. You're fat and obese, work on yourself B4 talking shit.
