37 year old LeBron James, in June, is already prepping for his upcoming 20th season in the NBA. Baring any injuries LeBron is set pass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the all-time scorer for the NBA in his upcoming season.
@@the6thfloor33 That was Lebron's 19th season at age 37 after playing the 3rd most career minutes ever. AD was in his 10th season at age 28. I repeat, AD is in his late 20's and couldn't play half a season at ages 27 and 28. He should be right beside LeBron in this video learning how to get in and stay in shape.
@@the6thfloor33 He can't stand the grind because he's not inshape. I remember watching him score 50 against the Timberwolves on December 8, 2019. 4th quarter, he was at the foul line sucking wind before shooting his free throws. I said to myself. He's out of shape. And, then the announcer said, "Looks like Davis is a little out of shape." Fortunately, we had a four month break in the season due to Covid-19, else he would've gotten injured and no championship. Lebron spends $1M+ on fitness and nutrition. Special diet and everything. I doubt AD spends a quarter, maybe half, of that when he should be spending at least that. He lifts weights. He should be doing vegan, pilates, weights, yoga, all that shit to get his body in tip top shape from every angle. Fitness/availability is part of his job. And, it's the weakest part of his game.
This man is a beast. This is so inspiring man, I’ve been working all day and here it is 2:17 A.M. & I’m watching this man working out. Hell now I’m pumped🤣💪🏾. Let’s go goat James. Let the greatness continue!
Ready to inject himself🤣 he not as strong as people think and not as jacked as people thought. Amazing PEDs tho. Where are the videos of him workin on his game
Well I definitely don't have a PHD but LBJ will be breaking the scoring title next season, and that'll shake things up for those scientists and smartypants.
@@mebcovers8400 He can still use heavier weights though. He can get stronger while being as lean as he is. Being stronger will help his body absorb the punishment he takes playing basketball.
More muscle changes the calibration of your shot. If he puts on more mass, his jumper would be off. He leans out to be able to cut through defense more explosively.
@@YoRAHeem Please stop thinking that people can't get stronger and can't stay the same size. Being stronger does not mean being bigger. He can stay leaner and be stronger.
He gets in there. Works all the little functional muscles. Wise athlete. I hope I get to see him play with his kid. Im sure thats what drives him. He is a billionaire so his money does make more money than he does. 😎🤓
even with lightweight I'm surprised he doesn't behind the neck press. often regarded as challenging for the shoulder insertion and avoid by many athletes. Of course he's got the highest level of people so makes me rethink things lol. Hurts me though... I'm just a chump on the internet though
It’s dangerous for the average person who doesn’t have proper flexibility. Plus he’s only going halfway of his head and notice his elbows doing a 90degree angle
What the fuck are these exercises? How is the best athlete in the world allowing people to give him this strength training regimen? Just goes to show the power of good genes.
Your core is Everything- Lebron in order to unleash the soul our avatar has to be inTune -- if we empower ppl with the power of frequencies - you can change the world -- the Matrix is a system and combing soul and world is Imperative -- OneLoVe
Lol ain’t no shooting of the basketball in this vid. AD didn’t say he was sitting on his ass not working out since Apr 5. Most mans take the first 6-8 weeks after their season end to recover and do strength training, which is the phase Lebron is at currently.
@@ikatokiyazaki2343 lmao that could happen for sure. His injury track record isn’t great. He is healthy though as far as I know this off season, so there’s really no excuse for him not to dominate and be in the best shape of his career next season.
To many experts in the comment section. Telling a man that has been playing on a high level for almost 20 years. What he has to do to play at a high level.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
