Lechon is one of the traditional food in the Philippines. Especially, “Cebu Lechon” is the most famous.
Lechon is a pig which is grilled by charcoal. They put the bamboo stick inside the body of the whole pig. And they put some herbs and spices inside the body of a pig to make it more delicious.
Fillipinos eat it on special occasions such as birthday, weddings, New Year and other celebrations.
