Jean-Marie Leclair (1697-1764) Sonate à 3 in D Ensemble Fantasticus Rie Kimura, baroque violin Robert Smith, viola da gamba Guillermo Brachetta, harpsichord
Вы правы, музыка этого барочного ансамбля очень красива. Жан-Мари Леклер, скрипач и композитор XVIII века, к сожалению, был убит в 1764 году, но он оставил нам возвышенную музыку. Привет из Бретани
The version I know is for two violins and b.c., but this arrangement with the second violin part an octave down on the tenor viol works wonderfully well. Bravo!
Very lovely. Sweet harmony. My favorite recording of this was done by the London baroque and now Ensemble Fantasicus is now on par. Absolutely wonderful recording and you are all so tight. Sweet tutti. Please more.
Jean M. Leclair was an important figure in French baroque music. He introduced the Italian style Much frowned on at court and married both French and Italian styles just as Francois Couperin did in hid: Apotheosis de Lully I like this ensemble as they are clearly enjoying music making together!
Eduardo Casarrubias Hi Eduardo, The recording, called "Sonnerie & other portraits" was released last year on Resonus Classics. You can also buy it in all the usual places online. It's a download only, but there is a booklet you can download from Resonus. Hope that helps!
