It is giveaway time! Boy did we find a hidden gem in Gatlinburg! So good that we decided one of our subscribers need to try it too! It’s just too good! This is Leconte Tapas and Grill on 805 East Parkway in Gatlinburg just outside of downtown near the Alamo Steakhouse and Mad Dog Creamery and Donuts! Tapas in Spanish means small plates and while that’s what they are known for, those small plates have big quantity and big flavor! We try several things and wow! This place is a hidden gem in plain sight! Casual dining atmosphere with an upscale look and menu is how we would describe it! So unique and the staff was so welcoming! We will definitely go back and we want you to come check it out with us!

We just went there for our anniversary in May and it was AWESOME! Was so hard to narrow it down. We had the cerviche trio, the blue bacon dates, the shrimp and calamari and the Chilean Sea bass and shared everything. We are so glad there have been more restaurants that have better level food in the area. This is definitely one!! Thanks for letting people know about it:)

Did you guys go for lunch on a weekend or dinner during the week? I thought you said you guys went for lunch but the items you guys got seem to be on the dinner menu. It all looks delicious. Does the menu change often? What are your top five restaurants in the county?

The menu does change. The chef loves to keep it fresh. We went at lunch but were able to see the dinner menu. We are going to do a top 5 video soon 😊

I just herd about this restaurant and was wondering about it. I appreciate the review and the giveaway is awesome. This looks like a wonderful place for lunch. What is your favorite place or places for lunch in the area? We have been to the area a few times but not recently. We will be in town the week of Valentine's Day for a marriage retreat. Do you guys ever do hotel reviews? We will be staying at the courtyard by Marriott in pigeon forge and I haven't seen a lot of reviews on it. I'm curious if it's a nice place to stay. Are there any attractions or activities that a couple could do for $50 or less in February in the area that you guys would recommend?

We are looking to do a top 5 video soon. We don’t do many hotel reviews but any Marriott or Hilton property in the area is very nice. Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton in Pigeon Forge are Brooks favorites.
