Bought the original Lectric over a year ago. Only maintenance has been tube and tire replacement and repair, along with chain lubricant. Over 4000 miles on it and still kicking. Love it!
I guess everybody's entitled to their own opinion . I bought 2 1 step through and we Really enjoy Riding ours, It definitely expands the places you can go, And makes each adventure a little better. My wife and I retired, drove to Phoenix to tour ebikes. Loved our test ride, and purchased 2 bikes with extras. We LOVE our bikes. Ride the desert when boondocking. Ride around our home town. Nice to be young again! We ate going full time in our class A soon. With gas prices going up, we have an edge. If you want a really nice electric bike for a good price, look at these. We love ours.
Oh my goodness, you guys nailed it when you designed these bikes, I But the XPremium and love it so much, the only thing is I wish there was more room on the handlebars to add things like a cell phone holder, GoPro...etc, AND that the handlebars were A little bit closer on the XPremium. I'm pretty tall and thin and I still have some difficulty with How far the handlebars are away,. It just seems like they are too far away, I feel like I'm steering with my fingertips, But I'm not giving up this bike this bike is amazing, did I say amazing Oh yeah baby.!!!!!!!

i bought a electric bike over a year ago and man are they fun . it’s not this brand but i couldn’t be happier with my choice of ebike . when we bought ours they were 1499 now there 1999 it’s crazy how much they went up
i hope my XP trike is on the way . i didn’t know i could get front suspension! that would of been a good option ! hope it comes today .. I have been researching enclose scooter. Great for riders that live and work in the city do simple shopping. I just turn 60 and would be great for the seniors member @ an affordable price. Hope you think about that lectric. Love to buy one from you. I love my step thru by the way.
I love these bikes. But they need to offer the option of just showing up,buying your choice bike,having it assembled right there and driving off with it. In fact,all of them should. If I’m willing to drive from LA,they should meet us half way. Don’t care much for the shipping process.
So I came across a bike company and Cocoa Beach . They're selling your cargo bike XP 3.04 1700 some dollars and the other model you have the extended with the two batteries the longer version oh yeah that's over 2 Grand so how's that work electric huh and keeping your eyes on who's selling your bikes

One thing I was curious about is if they still make those cool saddle bags that they had for their original ebikes? They seemed like the perfect solution to have for when you need to make a quick store run, or want to pack a lunch for a day's outing.

We got the saddle bags and use them. Someone pointed out to us that an empty box of wine fits perfectly. Chop off the top, put them in the saddle bags and you have a formed/shaped container to put things in. Not sure if they are still offered with the bikes. Also nice to know it will fit a full one when going grocery shopping LOL

It is a Freemason company that does everything the number code. There first bike had 222 and 201 written all over it. Notice they have are going to release information of the new E-trike on 1/13 or 113. I bought the XP, its a great bike and I have over 4000 miles on the original battery. Great bikes with satanic ownership. The first two color options where black and white.
My parents bought 2 of these bikes I’m an avid cyclist and these things feel like death traps comparing it to a real brand like specialized there is no comparison there are multiple different companies with this same exact bike all they really do is throw a different sticker on this one probably the only reason they have grown over the past few years is because of the price point these are 1000-1500 compared to a real bike manufacturer that sells between 3000-13000 for the high end stuff

Lectric sends you an ebike that doesn't work and you submit videos and after over a week they still can't figure it out and can't ride yet, they finally approve $60 for local bike shop, submit receipt and they reject it, will never buy another Lectric!!!!
Love my 2.0 with comfort upgrade. Wish they could change that key placement (terrible placement). Would be nice if they had a larger battery upgrade available.
I bought my XP 1.0 in June of 2021 right from the warehouse. It didn’t look anything like that then. They only had swamp coolers and it was VERY warm and muggy in there. They had about 20 scratch and dent models so I bought mine for $200 off. I have several hundred miles on it and it still runs perfect. I just bought an XP Lite last weekend from the warehouse as well and really love it. I’m sold on the Lectric brand.
We bought our Lectric E Bikes in Quartzsite in 2019 when they were a very small company. Still love them. We met Levi, he answered all our questions... etc, etc. No issues here. Good video! Thanks Tom!
Would a misleading title for this video ! It sounds like it's going to be revealing some critical undone facts about the company, but instead it's a puff piece, and it really says nothing about the quality of the bicycles that they are selling. Pathetic
We've had our Lectric bikes for over a year now and we love them. I crashed once... operator error, but no harm to bike or me (other than to my pride, for sure). We rode them on the beach in P,prt Aransas, Tx numerous times and got stopped too many times to count as people wanted info on them. We rode them a lot in Montana, even doing part of the Going to the Sun Road before it was opened to vehicular traffic. We will be towing our rv back to Montana from the Gulf Coast of Texas again this spring for our summer jobs and the estimated diesel cost will be a blow to our fuel budget for the year. But we plan to use our bikes a lot more, have even plotted a safe route from our campground to the local store for grocery shopping. We are both in our 70s and not in the best of shape (me that is, hubby is in great shape) and these bikes have opened up paths (pun intended) for us that would otherwise not be feasible. We love our Lectric bikes. We have some pretty good pictures from places we have been and have posted some on the FB page. I love that this company is doing so well. Kudos and congrats to Lectirc
I just bought one for my 67 birthday (September 13). Lelectric X2 longer range. First I was scared, I don’t know how to drive. Now I have my freedom. God bless you & may your company continue to grow😇🙏💕
If you are referring to a tadpole style with 2 wheels in the front and one in the back then I definitely agree. That style is very stable. Trike style with one wheel in the front is not that stable while moving.
They do not care about existing customers. They never have parts in stock. Customer service never gets back to you. They say American made, but that is a HUGE LIE!
I would like to see a video of the manufacturing and QC processes. I am a manufacturing engineer with CWI credentials. I would like to see your welding and inspection processes, NDT inspections, paint and assembly. I would also like to see how your batteries are made, and the inspections for those.
I got my 2.0 ST two weeks ago. It was mistakenly shipped without the battery. I called and spoke with Nikk, within 30 minutes I had a battery heading my way via FedEx. Thank you Nikk! The bike is flawless but I will be upgrading the seat.
I am a very happy lectric ebike owner. My truck carries every tool I need to build a house. 12 MPG.... My lectric ebike goes to the store to buy drinks and ice. It also provides a cooling breeze from time to time. I LOVE IT!
I got mine to pull my daughter in her Wike trailer. She's about 95 lbs and the trailer is 45 lbs. I am 90 years old and after the bike was delivered, less then two hours after I put it together was riding. Great Product for the price. I now have 100 miles on it. Only I wish it came with a manual.
It would be nice to see them offer a geared hub option and greater battery capacity. I like their bikes but I’m currently looking at other bikes that have these options.
I bought what I think was close to the first 3.0 E-bike out of your store in the Phoenix office. I drove up there from Tucson when you were still unpacking to move in. I am 82 years old and still ride this bike every day and it now has over 800 miles on it. I drove up there from Tucson when I heard about your opening . There were no bikes in sight at the time and only about three people to talk to. I ride it every day, and I love it! I Made it just about everywhere I go. My car just sits in the carport, gathering dust. However, I found the range of the bike kind of limited. I love it!
just ordered the XP2 it appears to be a well built attractive ebike and after checking out many other ebikes on the web I decided to go with there electric bike , I like the fact that the owners made a video with them talking about there ebike in other words they are not afraid to show their faces and stand behind their product ,heck in some other bikes you can hardly get any info on the sellers or owners so i felt comfortable buying from them, hope to get the bike and start riding soon
I thought this video was going to expose how Lectric bikes are really made by a Chinese company called AiPAS Bikes that put Lectric’s name in they units, or how you can buy directly from AiPAS and save Hundreds of dollars vs buying from Lectric who’s just a middle man really. 😂
I bought my Ebike in August of 2018. (20992W1901585) OK? I was changing the rear tire, and I was having trouble putting derailleur side on. I was trying to create somespace, so I stupidly stuck a screwdriver down between the axle and hit it with a hammer. It broke that piece. (White metal) Now my deraileur is just kind of hanging in space. Can it be fixed??? I broke that piece in half. I even tried drilling a hole in the wite metal and screwing it down so I could use the bike. I gave up on this. Can I weld that piece back together? I can send you a picture of the piece.
I bought the Lectric Bike XPremium, which is now discontinued. I understand why... because it has a lot of problems and requires tons intense care. My back wheel keeps getting flat tire or braking every 3 or 5 times a year. The customer service are great, but when I placed a bad review for the bike cover because of its cheap quality, they removed my review. The bikeshop told me that the XPREMIUM seems to not get enough testing, which is why it keeps braking.

I wish you had shown a closeup of the 2018 model. I was such a Legasy buyer that I had to preorder the bike before it was even made. I ordered it like Summer of 2018. Its been a decent bike and I would like to buy a new model but you guys were real trifling. This first model had problem with the back carrier seat thing. It had a bed in it so that the light qouls rub on the fender when youhit a bump. I know IM not the only one who had thhis because oe reviewer said he put piece of foam on his. I kept crying about it and Lektrik refused to send me a neew piecee. Finally I had to buy one. This really pi-oed me. I was oe of your first customers. I beieved in you. And I had to spend 60 bucks. If they sent me the money I would jget another but the way it stands now, I will go to another brand.
Proud of these guys. Good product that's vested at least buy me. Good price good for cruising my grocery getter. It's already probably paid for itself in gas savings I have mine unlocked and I catch people riding in a car side by side just to see how fast it goes then I get a thumbs up. When I first got it there would be older people asking me about it like I had a show car.😅

Best thing about these bikes is the frame, fat tires, motor and HUD. Everything else is complete crap. You will replace everything else after 300 miles. Granted this is the first XP. Still waiting on the T-shirt and pannier bag that they said they would send buy never did. If you have any negative comments the Lectric ownership pretty much bans you and your comments. Great Ebike horrible company.
They ordered from China and put their logo brand name on that's all. Many bikes look alike just different logo and name. You can see on RU-vid and many ebike advertisements.

Im so happy I bought from them.. I realize the bike Might be made in China but Im glad the company is US. ONLY thing I wish they did was a more expensive higher end bike.... like 1500 or more.. with better motor and battery.... other than that I love their bikes
I ordered mine 2 days ago, then now they have sale of adding free lock and premium lamp. Called them up, they answered immediately. and added the freebies for me no problems. love that their callers are not outsourced.
so from the walk through. all the bikes are made in communist china. shipped to you then on to the customers. i am not a friend of a thumb throttle. does the manf in china offer a twist grip throttle?
As we mentioned in Tampa, we got our bikes because of your recommendation. It turns out these are perfect for us. I had a super nasty bout with The Virus, and riding a regular bike now is not easy due to lung damage. With these, I can pedal as much as I can handle, and then keep going using the motor. My husband's funky knee also appreciates the break from pedaling. This is a super fun and interesting video and tour of the shop! Thanks so much!
