Ang galing ng discussion nyo Sir Win. You made the subject easier to understand lalo po sa mga non-accountants na kagaya ko. Ang tanong ko lang eh ano ba ang dahilan sa likod ng policy on holding period. What happens if an individual has held the property for 12 months or less and when he holds it longer than 12 months? Why the difference in treatment?
