Thanks for the lecture. FYI - the study in which participants were asked to write instructions on how to use a pellet gun or non violent toy... those in the pellet gun condition spiked a confederate's drink with more hot sauce than those in the toy condition (hence a measure of aggression toward others). They did not ingest it themselves.
