Hello ma'am, i found there a many yt channels who are telling different things in writing answers of law. Some are telling not to write Fact of case merge it with provision point and i so so confused mam what should i do. As i am doing self study i have many questions in mind

Don’t merge. It is always easier for the paper checker to have things categorized and mentioned separately Go for this format. And anyways ICAI doesn’t insist on a particular format. So don’t worry
