i'm student on DUC (University) in Baghdad while i graduated from institute of technology Baghdad @ 2006 but i wish that i was one of your student because your lecture is very nice and help full. best wishes for you and best regards.
+Mohammed Jassim
IIT is great for sharing such a wonderful information and this helped a lot. Although there's a mistake in Unipolar encoding slide which says "Bit rate same as Data rate". Bit rate IS data rate ! what they wanted to say is, In case of Unipolar encoding , "Baud rate is same as Data rate". Check that part of video before responding to this.
and I think you meant to say baud rate is double the data rate when you have a long sequence of 0s, a long sequence of ones doesn't have that affect.(Differential Manchester)
In Pseudoternary, whenever there´s a long sequence of 1s, the voltage level will alternate between positive and negative values, therefore eliminating the DC component.
sir with due respect,in case of RZ encoding you explained, you wait bit rate is double that of data rate.i think that should be baud rate . somebody plz discuss
somebody please explain what is the difference between dc component problem and synchronisation problem,. i think if one problem happens the other is sure to happen
Pawan Prusty they are coherent, the phase locked loop performs well when there are several transitions in the signal...if the dc component is present then the PLL circuit fails in maintaining synchronization...
