How I built my own LED firework using pebble lights.
STRUCTURE
• Porcupine ball- Amazon a.co/d/ep7WGut
• Spokes (tomato cages from local hardware store were used in this video)
• ½ PVC pipe- cut to 2.5” sections- from local hardware store
• ½ PVC pipe caps- from local hardware store
• Some method for the base. I’m using an umbrella stand with a ½ metal conduit running inside a 2” metal conduit.
• Zip ties
• Liquid nails or hot glue
WIRE COMPONENTS
• LED pixels. I used seed, or pebble LEDs. You can use strips or nodes, but I prefer the pebbles because they are cheap and easy to work with. I chose 12v from this site pixelparadiseu... , but they can be ordered anywhere. Make sure you order WS2811 addressable lights. I also was careful to select pebbles that could be cut anywhere within the string. Some pebbles can only be cut at every 3rd string.
• 3 conductor electrical wire- Amazon a.co/d/fZIb3fN
• 3 wire quick-connect (optional)- Amazon a.co/d/exurDTT
• Solder sleeves- www.wiredwatts...
ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS TO MAKE IT WORK (NOT SHOWN)
• X-connect pigtails- Amazon, Wired Watts, Your Pixel Store, etc.
• Dig-Quad LED Controller- www.drzzs.com/...
• 12v Power supply- www.wiredwatts...
• WLED software (download free) kno.wled.ge/
