LED Illuminated Snap Frames 

About the system: -Illuminated LED frames are one of the most convenient and practical ways of presenting commertial, decorative or informative posters. -OWZ system which allows for fast and tools free replacment of esposed poster, is a solution ideal for shops, restaurants or offices. -It has many benefits, of which are: even light dispersion on the whole poster surface, energy saving led light source and exceptional quality of materials used. -We start the assembling porccess of OWZ frame by light source installation. LED strip BERGMEN Sendo is a durable, stiff tape of 4mm wide with high luminous flux, dedicated for this kind of use. -Sides of the frame are put together by special mounting brackets. Inside the frame everything has its own place - the brackets, light source and the feeding wires. -The back is made out of HIPS plate with thickness of 1.5mm, placed in suitable guides. The next step is application of light diffusing foil BERGMEN Ray-Tile. -BERGMEN Ray-Tile foil allows for even illumination of material placed inside the frame, decreasing production time compared to traditionally used eg. enfraved acrylic plate. -Before assembling the product needs to be cut to measure. Then the protective layer must be removed from the acrylic plate of the OWZ frame, when degreased and cleaned the foil can be applied. -BERGMEN Ray-Tile foil is available in 25m rolls and 1.2m wide MOQ -1m. -Next, the plate and the BERGMEN Ray-Tile foil needs to be slided into the frame, making sure the uniformly white side is providing the back of the frame. -After mounting all of the sides, the frame is ready for the poster to be exposed. -Thanks to using an easy way of oppening the frame (click) placing a posted in the right place is a matter of few seconds. -For protecction of the surface of the poster, a special PET foil is used with thicness of 0.8mm and double sided gloss effect. For especial order a 0.4mm pcw foil or anti-reflex material can he mounted. -In our offer you can find OWZ frames of standard sizes from A4 to B0. Non standard dimmesions are available for individual orders. -Replacing of and exposed poster couldn't be easier. -Thanks to this, the display will always be up to date, without need of any tools.
