LED Power Supply 12V 100W LED Driver Power Adapter - faulty from Aliexpress 

Testing this 12V 100W power supply ordered from Aliexpress.

Test setup: LED power supply hooked up to a variable resistor set to 20 ohms for dummy load. Multimeter connected also, measuring volts. No stable 12V voltage, just jumping around.
Faulty product, I do not recommend.
