Why, why why why these things never ever work for me? Why don't my menues look anything like this?

How do you sync multiple strips. I had to buy 3 so that it would fit the perimeter of my room and I don’t know how to make it work.

My device is not showing on the app..

Do you know if it is possible to conect to google home or alexa? The app duocol strip doesnt show up on the google home list sync

i bought 10 of those bluetooth adaptors cant make them work... already tried with 4 rgb stips 12/24v... nothing happensin 12v strip only a faded red lights up in 24v strip nothing happens

Hey mate, what do you do when your device doesn't show under 'my devices' in the app? I turned on Bluetooth when it asked but it seems to not be connecting.

Instead buy oakremote so use with alexa or google or also with ur phone (any stript light)
